Adorable 3 bed, 1.5 bath Ranch Home with fenced yard
Enjoy our recently renovated 3 bedroom, 1 and a half bath ranch home. Close to Easton Shopping Center, the airport, Ohio State University and so much more! The home has a large living room with a 55" LED smart TV and an additional game room with a second 55" LED smart TV. Making this a great spot for family and friends to vacation together.
We stayed here while visiting my son who lives in Gahanna. Great place, all the amenities we needed. Clean and a well equipped. Minimalistic in furnishings which suited us perfectly. Plan on staying again on our next visit.
Stayed there for 2 nights. We really just needed a place to sleep as we were out all day both days. There was a hiccups the first night with one of the rooms being unavailable. We contacted the host, he replied right away. He promised to have it fixed and make it right and i must say it absolutely did. I wish we had use idmf the washer and dryer nut thats on me for not reading the complete description. I would definitely stay hear again.
Easy to find! The house was clean and beds were comfortable. (Make sure to bring utensils) Lots of stuff to do in the surrounding areas. We had a great time at the fishing expo and went to Other World and the botanical gardens. Which were amazing!! Thank you for hosting!
Our stay was great. The house was perfect for our quick stay. Plenty of room, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, and easy to get in and out of.
My family and I had a great time staying here. It was in a great location close to Easton and was clean and cozy. We had other plans, but there was a nice park down the street we wish we had time to check out!
We were in town to settle a family memberâs estate. We stayed for 10 nights. The property is really cute and in a perfect location. Really convenient to everything to do in the Columbus area. It had everything we needed and enough parking. I would recommend it and stay there again.
The place was perfect. Food in the freezer and wine on the table! Tons of fun activities near this location. My family loved every minute of it. Thanks again to our host.
Clean house. Very homely, I love the whole set up. Jordan was a great host. I did not have any issues at all. If your in the area, this is a must stay!!
Upon entering the home there was a strong odor. The best way to describe it would be musty/moldy. Previous reviews called it cat urine but that wasn't the odor that we smelled. Finally found most of it to be coming from the wall air conditioner in the enclosed porch area with the large windows. The air conditioner was dirty and seemed to have mold on the vents. There was also black mold in the corner of the wall near the floor. We closed the doors leading to that room and never used the room. This seemed to help greatly with that odor in the rest of the house. There was also some black mold on the ceiling in the shower. I would think that this could affect people with respiratory issues. The second major issue is that one of the bedroom doors was locked and we weren't able to access it during our stay. I sent a message upon arrival to the host and received no reply during our stay or after. We were sent the customary check in information with the host stating that if we had any questions to contact him. So this was very disappointing. If there were not these two issues the rating would have been 5 stars. It is as advertised with the pictures being accurate. If there was no smell & mold and all bedrooms were available I would highly recommend this for families and anyone wanting to stay in a nice home in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything.FYI: If a previous guest lost a gold chain necklace it is in the master bedroom on the windowsill.
The house is a good value for the price, and I appreciate being able to find pet friendly places. It is not super fancy but the furniture is sturdy and comfortable. I rated it 4/5 stars for 3 reasons. First, the added room off of the kitchen, which leads to the fenced back yard, smelled of cat urine. Although it appears to be fairly new carpeting it might be better if the carpet was replaced with vinyl flooring. We simply did not use that space. The railings on the steps from the back door exit are unstable. It was cold and snowy while I was there so definitely needed to use caution taking the dogs in and out. Lastly the fenced yard was good except for the gait, which needs to be rehung. All that being said I would not hesitate to rebook the house on subsequent trips to Columbus.
This property was very nice for a short trip. It was clean and well appointed. The property owner even left us a bottle of wine, which was a nice surprise. It was close to everything we needed. The only thing to be aware of is that one of the neighbors keeps their dog outside 24/7. We had no issues the first night, but the next two nights the dog barked periodically all night.
This property was a perfect location with easy access to main roads and stores, but I'm glad we made the last minute decision to keep our dog at home because the strong cat urine smell coming from the sunroom would have caused problems. Even for us humans, it was a strong enough odor to make us go out and buy a scented candle to mask the smell. It was a shame, because it would have been a lovely part of the house to use :(
I am disabled and told the owner. I asked if home was accessible
He said there was one step into the property
There is approx 10â step to the porch and another approx 8â step into home
The bathroom door is smaller than a normal door and did not allow for my walker to go through
Other than that, the location is great, the house is nice. Nice porch, big yard, plenty of parking
Donât stay here neighbor of barked non stop all night for 3 night in a row granddaughter had to go to hotel n stay callled police Wouldnât do anything told Mel to call court house got answer marching I asked property manager to do something or another place to stay or refund he said no and for me to let him know when we left after that he would not take any more calls or anymore texts also bedding in two bed rooms smelled musty kitchen chairs were hard metal back steps and hand railing bad shape donât stay here talked to neighbor said dog barked all the time said theyâll reportedly it but to no good
We stayed here while visiting my daughter in Westerville, The proximity to her was great. And it's wonderful that pets are allowed. This house is definitely the nicest on the cul-de-sac. And not that it's the Jordan's fault one bit...but, the neighbors behind the property have dogs that are chained 24x7. So, I really didn't have my dogs in Jordan's fenced in yard because it broke my heart to see those other dogs out there. It was cold and rainy that weekend and they had no shelter. But, again, I can't blame Jordan for that. But, any other animals lovers, like myself, may be as upset about it as I was.
House was cute inside. Outside definitely could've used some better landscape/yard care. Upon walking into the home it had a very strong smell of curry. We had to go buy candles to mask the smell. Hours later several guests complained of cat/dog smell. Theres was small ants everywhere in the living room and kitchen. Not the other rooms. The bedrooms do not have TVs if thatâs something youre looking for. It was perfect for what we were doing but I wouldnt stay here again for the price i paid. That price im expecting at least a fire pit a nice outside patio or hot tub. There was no games and it looks a lot bigger in the pictures and nicer on the outside than when you actually get there. However it was cute and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Sun room area is beautiful because the windows but could use a little remodeling. Tvs/wifi worked great. The house and neighborhood was very quiet. Didnt have any issues with a barking dog as some listed. The only thing id say is the air conditioner is somewhat loud but thankful to have it!!
