Overall very nice

Everything was exactly as advertised, The condo was perfect and we would stay there again. The only thing we needed that wasn't there was an Ironing board, not a big deal, I know the owner would have had one brought over right away had I called her.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed, there was little we needed to buy except any food we needed. We used the pool area several times and took advantage of the free shuttle to the downtown areas. The traffic in downtown Naples is crowded in the evenings so having someone else drive was a big bonus. The host was very responsive and all of her instructions were easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of room and we took advantage of the washer and dryer and all of the storage space. Don't pay attention to anything that references the Naples pier. It was damaged during a hurricane several years ago and is currently being rebuilt. The shuttle will take you to the pier and beach area but there is no where to get lunch or a snack near the beach. Tin City is close by and easy to get to. We also took advantage of the spa and enjoyed a relaxing couples massage. This resort has everything you need except a beach but the adult pool area is great.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are so glad you enjoyed your stay. While the Naples Pier is still under construction, many guests have been enjoying some of the other beautiful nearby beach options, including Lowdermilk Park, just North of the Naples Pier, Clam Pass, on Pine Ridge, and Wiggins Pass off Immokalee Road. These spots all offer great beach access along with snack bars and grill areas, making them wonderful alternatives for a relaxing day by the water. We are all looking forward to the day the Naples Pier is rebuilt and reopened—it will be such a special addition once again. Thank you again, and we hope to welcome you back to paradise soon! 🌴😎

We stayed here for just about a month. First, Lisa our host was fabulous! She was friendly, professional and most importantly, she responds in a very timely manner. The unit was exactly as advertised. Clean, stocked with all necessities and very comfortable. The unit is located a very short distance to the pool/club area. The pools and grounds are beautiful! Love the lounge chair covers and towels. We primarily used the adult pool. Service at the pool was excellent. The servers were attentive but not intrusive. The food was excellent. The Naples Bay Smash burger was one of the best ever. Nice menu and assortment of cocktails . Service was prompt. The gym and the resort was nice . Everything you need for a good workout. The entire staff , especially Grace , were wonderful. Indulge restaurant at the resort was great. The resort is close to everything. Lowdermilk beach was a 12 min ride. We will be definitely returning to this resort next year. I highly recommend it.

Naples is lovely

We liked everything about our stay except for the comfort of the beds and the decor. The resort setting is wonderful and attracts nice neighbors. It’s a mile walk to downtown Naples and we made it every day for exercise. The restaurants in Naples are out of this world. Our only complaint and one we could not resolve, was bed comfort. The mattresses and pillows don’t come close to a Holiday Inn express and I for that reason alone, I would not stay at this property again. We rented for two weeks and that is too long to have an inferior bed . we stored the artificial plants and the stuff that cluttered the tables and dressers in corners and beneath the unnecessary decor, was a very pleasant unit. It was the bed that spoiled things. Not a difficult fix.
