At Alpha Omega Estate, we take pride in restoring and renovating historic homes to their unique charm while adding a little flair and modern conveniences. This property was the first of two restorations on this block, and this home won several awards, such as the Architectural Digest award for “Most Beautiful AirBNB in Alabama” and is frequently used for weddings, corporate events, private dinner parties and photoshoots.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property. We do have a local cleaning team and maintenance staff, should any issues arise during your stay please contact us if you need anything! But for the most part, we want you to enjoy your privacy and will be available if you need us, we live in town.

Perfect for outdoor gatherings or events, with a front porch (½ screened in, ½ open) and a large, open ½ acre backyard with a firepit. Follow the driveway to the back of the house, to explore the huge, beautiful backyard featuring a 100 year old pecan tree! (Eat the pecans at your own risk)

This home was built in 1908 and is a staple piece of this Downtown Birmingham historic neighborhood. At around 4000 sq feet, this home can sleep 16 comfortably with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and plenty of living space.

As you walk up the stairs, you will quickly notice the comfort of the front porch. The screened in area has curtains that can be drawn for extra privacy, has a custom-made wet bar and plenty of room to gather. The other side of the porch has a porch swing that is original to the house and even more room for entertaining or relaxing!

The beauty of craftsman homes is plenty of open space! When you enter this home there is a large, open foyer that leads into the dining area to the left through the original pocket doors, the pool table to the right, and access to the first set of stairs.

The dining room has seating for 6, with plenty of extra chairs located in the living room, as well as more available seating upon special request.

Off of the dining room you will find a fully remodeled kitchen with top of the line appliances. Featuring a deep stainless steel farm sink, new stainless steel dishwasher, a new gas stove and a stainless steel double door refrigerator and freezer. Looking to cook with us or host a group? In the kitchen you will find all your cooking and dining supplies including: pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, coffee cups, cleaning supplies and anything else you may need! (There is a microwave located in the hall closet for aesthetic purposes)

There is a ½ acre back yard, you will find a fire pit area and seating, we hope you get to enjoy this beautiful space! We have hosted small weddings, private dinner parties, corporate events and small get-togethers like wedding showers. We can help connect you with event planners, caterers, florists and DJ’s upon request!

The Living area has plenty of seating for a large group and has a pool table, a large Smart TV with Hulu, Amazon, Netflix access and board games.

There is 1, ½ bath on the first floor.

The second floor has all 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
