Cross Creek Club 23 is a newly renovated 1 bed, 1 bath vacation rental townhome in Destin, FL that sleeps 4. It has a community pool and is located just a few steps from the gorgeous beaches of Destin, FL and Miramar Beach.


Upon entering this updated vacation rental home, Cross Creek Club 23, you're presented with an updated and beautifully decorated living area and open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal including granite counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances. The cozy living and dining areas offers plenty of seating for the whole family. Located in the living area you will find an HDTV and queen sleeper sofa. The master room offers a king bed and an HDTV. A full size bathroom is located off the bedroom and common areas. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the private patio. Conveniently located in this home you will find a washer and dryer as well. It's the perfect home for a single family vacation to Destin, FL!


The Cross Creek Club offers a community pool and is just a short 3 minute walk to the nearest beach access. This vacation rental is also located near several attractions, shopping, beachfront dining, and live entertainment. While on vacation in Destin, FL be sure to check out The Track, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, HarborWalk Village, Pompano Joes, The Crab Trap, The Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and several golf courses!

Only problem we had was a beach owner gave us a hard time for being on his "private beach" which we contacted the sheriff office and no one owns the water front of the beach :)

Great Property!

We had a fantastic time. The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances, pots, pans, and dishes. The entire condo was spotless. Its only a 5 minute walk from the gate-coded entrance to the beach. Check-in was as easy as punching in the door code and checkout was just as breezy with a simple text letting the property know we were heading out. Overall 5 stars and we'll definitely be back!

Very nice condo! Clean. Management was very helpful and communication was great. I was a bit disappointed that there was no bbq grill or gas grill as the site said there was when I reserved this condo. That was kind of important to us since we do grill alot. She did explain she needed to take it off the website listing. Other than that, everything was great! Condo had everything else you would need. Thank you so much!

Destin Trip

The property was very nice, and clean, even though the outside is dated. King bed was comfortable. The Smart TVs were difficult to navigate, and if one is not a subscriber to a number of streaming services, almost impossible to watch. It is unfortunate that the HOA has determined that golf carts are not allowed. Glass Casa was courteous and efficient. But, after actually going there, and seeing what else was available, and then subsequently checking prices, I probably would not stay there again. I believe it was over priced for what was delivered.

The May Florid TrIp

The Condo is beautiful! Very nicely stocked and the owners that live there were very nice, especially Teresa and Elizabeth. They al! Had a lot of great things to say about the owner of Condo 23. I did like the interaction with the Glass Casa team member Michelle. She was the woman that inspects the Condos before they are turned over to the next clients. She was very helpful and very pleasant and very nice. However the Glass Casa team member that took my phone call because the Condo was not ready at 4 pm was very RUDE and confrontational. I will not rent from Glass Casa again, because of this. If this owner one day rents through someone else, I would definitely rent the Condo again, just not from Glass Casa again. Better read the fine print of the contract!

Typically check in begins between 4pm and 6pm. Most of our properties are cleaned and ready way before 4pm. However due to work flow it is hard to get all of the properties ready right at 4pm. Wonderful Stay for our Second Honeymoon

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, well-decorated, well-lit, and it had all the amenities we needed. The linens were clean and comfortable. Plenty of bath and kitchen towels. The furniture was cozy. The kitchen was well outfitted for all our cooking needs: pots, pans, utensils, spatulas, plates, bowls, cups, cutting boards, coffee pot, etc... The large appliances were good quality. They even provided paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent to get us started on our cleaning needs. There were two flat screen smart TVs - one in the living room and one in the bedroom - and both worked well. The patio was a nice bonus to the condo. Easy entry and leaving with the keypad lock. The fully tiled floors made sweeping easy with all the sand we tracked in from the beach. And not that we needed it, but the living room even had a daybed/sleeper sofa with provided linens in case we had brought other family members on our trip; they would have had a place to sleep in the condo, which was a nice added touch. Parking was easy, and we liked that we could see our vehicle from the window of the condo. The condo was a 5-minute walk to the beach, and we enjoyed private, gated access to the beach, rather than having to use the public entrance or the public parking lot, which was always busy. Alvin's Island was also close by. The only issue we had was the security camera that was installed right outside the front door to the condo - not so much the camera itself, but the cord to the camera wasn't installed in a permanent way, but rather ran around the doorframe and didn't properly adhere to the wall or baseboard inside, so that whenever we opened the door to the condo, the cord would fall out of place and hang in the doorway, blocking our entrance into the condo. It was a tad annoying to have to move it and figure out a way to hold it in place when we were coming back from the beach with a bunch of beach gear in our hands. Other than that, our stay at the condo was perfect.

We were a little disappointed with the variety (or lack there of) of pots/pans for making food, along with "spices"-little salt and pepper (we didnt realize we needed to provide our own). Some stuff seemed to be 'fixed' or 'put together' not the best/strongest. But it overall got the job done for our stay. Close walking distance to beach. Pool was not crowded most times

Most of the community live there permanently and offered some great advice on great locations to eat. Short walk to the beach and pool. Rental was ready early and spotless. The listing said you could sleep 4, which would have been a little cramped for 4 adults, but perfect for 2. Would have liked the pool to be heated, a bit chilly for a swim, but perfect area to relax and enjoy some sun, with plenty of chairs.
