Modern Cabin Getaway with a Pine Tree View!

Escape to The White Mountains and enjoy the beautiful Pine Tree Views at The Luminary Lodge in Lakeside. Located in an upscale, family friendly area with walking and biking trails and beauty all around. Our home/cabin was custom built in 2017 with woodsy details and decor but has modern amenities. The home is on .41 acres with an amazing backyard, cozy indoor propane fireplace, and a split floor plan with open concept and central living space to gather and enjoy.
Enjoy your morning coffee or a meal on the large back deck or retreat down to the covered gazebo with string lights at night to look at the stars. The backyard has a view through, low, wrought iron fence and is surrounded by tall pines. It is beautifully landscaped with many sitting areas, paths, and surprises to explore.

BEDROOM 1: King Bed with en-suite bathroom~ Large stone walk in shower!
**Split floorplan with second full bathroom between the two guest rooms.**

***There is a Pack N Play in the closet: Note, we do NOT supply pack N Play sheets so please bring your own***
BEDROOM 3: The Bunk House~ Full over Full Bunks with Twin Trundle pull out or Queen air mattress in lieu of trundle. This room is a kid or teens dream, it even has a 50” TV, DVD player, Wii with a lot of games, and LED lights!! So much fun, you may not see the kids at all! This room is not setup well for adults, please do not use the top bunk for an adult size person!

~In Door Living~ Large picture windows for natural light and the best forest views, 4 flat screen smart Tv’s (1 in each bedroom) and a 75” in the living room with HDTV antenna and ROKU channels, Free Wi-Fi, DVD library (for kids and adults), propane fireplace, game cabinet full of entertainment, 3 laptop friendly workspaces~ one in each bedroom (if you must).

~Kitchen~ Fully stocked with everything you need, full set of dishes, toaster, spice rack, blender, crock pot, baking sheets, beautiful large copper table that seats 6, raised island bar that seats 3, ice maker, and a fully stocked Coffee Bar including ground coffee, tea, and hot chocolate (Keurig available but you need to bring your own Pods). Just bring your groceries!

~Outdoor Living~ Propane BBQ grill, custom low wrought iron fenced backyard, large back deck with a table that seats 6, large gazebo in yard with string lights and another table that seats 6, large beautifully decorated yard with several additional seating areas, hammock, 2 hanging egg chairs, corn hole boards along with other outdoor games (stored in the garage). This yard is amazing!!

~Fun and Games~ Full board game cabinet, Nintendo Wii in the bunk room, DVD movie collection for kids and adults. Double Shot Basketball game and Foosball table in the garage, corn hole boards and rope toss (stored in the garage to take out back). Ring toss attached to the gazebo in the back yard.

Keyless front door entry, full size washer/dryer, garage parking, all linens and towels provided, hair dryer, and ironing board.

Enjoy 180 miles of hiking trails, 40 lakes within 40 miles **(several of the lakes are within a few miles of home in each direction), and over 600 miles of rivers and streams. In addition to the amazing fishing, the White Mountains has one of the most extensive trail systems in the southwest for hiking, biking, horseback riding, quadding, and more. Sunrise Ski Resort has year-round activities, 3 public golf courses, antique store shopping, arts and crafts shows, restaurants, and breweries. There is a guest book full of local things to do with tons of information and ideas for everyone!

Policies: No smoking ANYWHERE on the property-not even in the backyard (Because of fire danger, we don't allow smoking of any kind on the property).

A two-night minimum is required and three nights on holiday weekends. Weekly rates are available and extended stays negotiable. Please message me with any questions.

~There is a Pack N Play located in the Queen bedroom closet-**We do NOT supply sheets so please bring your own**
~There is not a dishwasher, original owners put in a wine refrigerator instead! There is a large drying rack so you can easily just wash and air-dry dishes. You can also bring paper product if preferred.
~There is a Ring Doorbell security camera, located at the front door facing out as well as a driveway camera facing to the street. They do NOT look into any interior spaces.
~There are 6 steps up into the house from the garage and 6 steps up into the house at the front door, there are also steps down from the back deck into the yard. There is NO entry into the house without a few steps. These areas may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
