Amazing 3 Bedroom & 2 Bath Val D' Sol Townhouse with amazing Baldy views & heated pool right outside! This is the ideal location, you can walk or bike to Ketchum and Sun Valley's restaurants, shops, grocery stores, or to Sun Valley Village, skating rink, and summer concerts.

Enjoy the beautiful seasonal heated pool, with lovely new decor, and a phenomenal location less than two miles from the slopes of Dollar Mountain, this Sun Valley vacation rental has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

This 3 bedroom has a main bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom with a full bed on the top floor where the living area and the kitchen are with a full bathroom.

The first floor has the guest bedroom with a bunkbed with a twin bed over queen bed, full bathroom, laundry, and the outdoor patio with beautiful firepit with Bald Mountain views!

The condo was very well stocked, clean, comfortable and cozy. It was in a great location where we could walk everywhere into town and were minutes from the ski resort. Aside from the pool being advertised as year around and then being closed for winter… we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Family Trip to Sun Valley

Perfect location. 5 min walk to downtown Ketchum. Located right between Dollar and Bald mountains. Really enjoyed our stay and check out was a breeze. The host really made the process as easy as possible. Unit was in excellent condition and had all the amenities we could want.

Enjoyable and relaxing time

We all had a fun and relaxing stay. The condo was great and close to the ski area. We could see the ski mountain clearly from the upstairs patio window. They had everything you would need in the kitchen to make a meal. We only went out for meals a few times and mainly cooked at home. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was clean and up to date. We would definitely return and do it again.

Delightfully Quiet Stay

The 3 bedrooms were perfect. Enough space for everyone to get some space when they needed it. The entry area was large enough to stash all our outdoor gear and have room to get kids bundled up and the kitchen is very thoughtfully designed and appointed. Loved being able to take a short walk into town, but being removed enough that everything was quiet. Great stay.

Perfect spot for a long ski week.

As first time visitors to Sun Valley, ID our stay couldn’t have been any more pleasurable. With a family of 5 the spacious lodging was fantastic. In addition to all the amenities of home, the convenience being able to walk downtown and being a stop on the transit system, everything was perfect. We look forward to returning next year. Great location in Ketchum

This VRBO was located within a short walk of downtown but felt further away with easy access to the bike trail and great views of Bald Mountain. Bedrooms (2 small, one large) were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We were disappointed that we could not use the pictured gas fire pit as no propane was provided. Good base for a summer trip.

Great Location and Hospitality

We had a wonderful family vacation to Sun Valley and this location made it all happen. Just a short walk to downtown Ketchum and the bus to the ski hills. The condo had everything we needed to stay in and make dinner one of the evenings. The one issue that we ran into was handled very quickly by the host and with wonderful hospitality. Beautiful, perfectly appointed and convenient condo! Best stay ever!

We have an annual trip to Sun Valley for an event and have always stayed at the Sun Valley Lodge, but we love downtown Ketchum and wanted to try something new this year. We were so happy with this beautiful, clean, spacious, perfectly appointed and conveniently located condo. It is stocked with everything you need (kitchen supplies, plenty of extra bath and pool towels, bathroom amenities and strong fans for day use during the hotter summer months), and was super clean and pristine upon arrival. The beds are amazingly comfortable- really nice duvets and sheets and memory foam mattresses and pillows. The fire pit outside was easy to use and really special. The furnishings are fresh and feel new and the sectional in the living room was very comfortable for lounging. There is a larger portable AC unit upstairs and it was helpful on the hottest days (there is never any need for air conditioning at night with the windows open and all that cool mountain air!). The location cannot be beat and there is a nice footpath right into town. We used the pool and it was so clean and well maintained and the water felt amazing. There are also just really special touches like the curated bookshelves in each bedroom with many familiar titles that just made it feel like we had our very own home for the week. We honestly can’t wait to come back!

Comfy unit with a great view

The unit was remodeled and in good condition. Beautiful views of Baldy from the deck. Within walking distance to Ketchum Downtown area. Bus stop located at the end of the driveway into the complex. Would rent again.

Super convenient property!

We could not have asked for a better spot- on the bus route to the mountain, close to downtown Ketchum, great view, bright and clean. Well appointed and modern kitchen was great for us to have dinners in for a few nights. Quiet when we wanted quiet, close to lively evening activities. Hosts were very helpful and communicative! We will stay there again!

Great location - clean property

First, Paul was great to work with. We booked on short notice and he contacted me right away to let me know what was going on in Ketchum that weekend (Labor Day weekend is Wagon Days, so there were many activities). The location is right down the road from downtown Ketchum. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway (even cable TV for when we wanted to relax and watch a little college football). The location is outside the busy area of town, but within walking distance, so we could visit restaurants and stores close by but come home to a quiet place. We spent the weekend mountain biking, walking through town, and biking along the trails in the surrounding areas. The location was perfect for our excursions to different areas throughout the valley. We had the pool to ourselves each time we visited it as well. We plan to return as we didn't have time to do everything we wanted to do. Thank you for helping us make some wonderful family memories - we'll be back!
