NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes for 2025. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today in 2024. Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
Children under 5 do not count towards 10 people.

The backyard features a large heated pool (36 ft x 14 ft) with a 7-foot Baja shelf perfect for sunbathing or splashing with little ones, alongside a large 8-person spa for ultimate unwinding. A generous side yard for plenty of room for both children and adults to enjoy playing games such as Connect 4, corn hole – or simply to run, play and enjoy the island breeze.

For outdoor dining, the fully equipped outdoor kitchen features a premium Heston BBQ Grill, refrigerator, sink, and generous outdoor counter space for preparing meals with ease. Catch your favorite sport or show on the outdoor TV as you prepare meals in fully equipped kitchen, then gather around the spacious dining table for unforgettable island dinners. Sports enthusiast will especially appreciate the dual outdoor TV's by the pool, offering the rare opportunity to enjoy two games simultaneously. The covered lanai provides a serene setting to sip your morning coffee watching the sunrise or relax after a day exploring the island.

Spend your day exploring the island's best beaches or dive into adventure -Rainforest, waterfalls, walk across ancient lava fields, experience Hawaiian culture, some of the best scuba diving and snorkeling in the USA. Golf, deep sea fishing, and even a visit to the 13,000-foot summit of Mauna Kea is all within reach. Sometimes the simplest pleasures of boogie boarding with your kids, teaching them to ride a bike in Hawaii or building a sandcastle together can create the longest lasting memories. On the way back from your excursion make sure you purchase a smoothy and try a world-famous Malasada.

Once home, grill up fresh fish and veggies, or burgers or grass-fed beef, mix up a tropical drink or take the bikes over to Lava Lava Beach Club for cocktails and dinner or to watch the sunset.

Family evening at home? Play some games, watch a movie on the either of two outdoor TV's while soaking in the pool or spa, or savor dinner on the lanai. There are options and plenty of space for everyone.

This home has everything you need for an amazing stay, including 400Mbps fast wifi throughout to keep in touch with friends and family, or stream your favorite video's. The master bedroom comes equipped with a stand-up desk and chair (only if work is necessary).

The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 14 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The family room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game or a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV.

We love hosting families with keiki (children) ! All Paradise In Hawaii Luxury Homes welcome little one's. Our home has a pack'n'play, high chair, baby monitors, kids plates, cups and cutlery. For toddlers we have bed safety rails, toilet seat adapters, swim belts & jackets, kid sized bikes and even a step stool so they can reach the bathroom counter to brush their teeth.

Please note. County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

We love building really big sandcastles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, mini-golf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.

FUN THINGS TO DO

A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach. The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa. Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
