We enjoyed our stay at the lake house but we were surprised that we had to access the lake by going down across the dirt road a steep gravel slope (or using the neighbor's stairs). While disappointing this was not really a hardship. But if our party had included someone with any injuries or disabilities, it could have been a problem.
The house itself was nice. The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen is pretty basic but the gas grill was great. Unfortunately, we ran out of gas before the end of the week. It would be nice to have screens in the windows. We had a fairly cool week and it would have been nice to turn off the a/c and enjoy the breeze. The laundry room is currently under construction but will be a great addition!
