Lovely place

Though larger than we needed, we found this home to be clean, well stocked, and within close range of all the outdoor activities we planned to do in the area. Our host Renata was very easy to work with.Definitely would return here.

Family getaway to Las Vegas

The house is beautiful and very clean. It has every amenity for a family. We ate out often during our week there, but had breakfast and lunch at the house every day. The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool and yard are gorgeous. We spent most of our time in the yard. The house is centrally located to most attractions. around town

Couldn't be happier with our stay!

Fantastic! Renata is a stellar host and this house has just about everything we could have wanted! The kitchen is well-stocked (we love a house that has a few spices available!) and immaculate! The pool is perfect (the pool man showed up while we were onsite and even he couldn't have been more lovely! The beds were comfy, the linens were plentiful, and the neighborhood is quiet, yet the next door neighbor saw us in the driveway and gave us some safety tips for the strip and said they were next door if we had any questions about Las Vegas! So sweet! One comment, and it's about VRBO, not Renata or this house -- I wish their form did a better job of outlining where the bedrooms are and if there are stairs. Renata does have a pic of the stairs, but i would like to note that all bedroom are upstairs. I travel often with my eldery father, and these stairs would have been a dealbreaker! Fantastic stay, can't recommend enough!

Nice quiet neighborhood 15-20 minutes from airport. Comfortable furniture and beds and outdoor space. Could use a little TLC, but perfect for what we needed. Very responsive host

An Oasis in the Desert!

This was the perfect spot to stay at in Vegas! BEAUTIFUL backyard, comfortable beds and nice showers. Couldnt ask for much more. Thank you Renata!

Yearly get together

Very attentive host who responded quickly when we had a few questions and wants (like a lasagna pan and getting the tv operating). We appreciated this and found the place attractive and well organized. We had a terrific time.

Clean and comfortable

Very nice, clean accommodations. Great area. We had everything we needed. Definitely enough room for 6 adults in our group to be comfortable and no issues at all. We would recommend and stay there again.

The place was great. Beautiful and clean. But watch out for charges. We were charged double what the listing per day stated. Mostly from Vrbo but also from renter.

Vegas fun in the sun

Exactly as listed. Clean and organized. We stayed with 2 teens and wanted to do a mix of Las Vegas proper and surrounding areas. I would say that if your intentions are to spend most of your time near the strip and center of Vegas than it's worth it to stay closer. It's an easy property to use Uber if you don't want to rent a car but it can take up a lot of time and get pricey on certain hours and days, especially if there is a big event near by. Overall the place is great! Pool was awesome and I would definitely book again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Overall very clean and exceptional quiet! We did a lot of cooking at the house and found it fully equipped with everything we needed! Under popular amenities is says hot tub, so be aware there is not one. This was not a big deal as the temps were in the 100’s for our entire say. There is a beautiful pool and pool area!! We spent our mornings drinking coffee there and our evenings enjoying a cocktail. However, the pool is A LOT of daily maintenance. We spend as much time cleaning it as we did cooling off in it. There is a tree in the pool area that sheds leaves and debris constantly in the pool. So it we are looking for a clean, quiet and kitchen equipped rental this is idea for you!

Sibling Trip

Once a year we do a sibling trip. This property exceeded our expectations and the host was very easy to work with. If there are any improvements it would just be the staircase. The request from the host is no shoes in the house, which we respected, but the lip on the steps make going up and down uncomfortable on the feet. This would not stop me from renting the property again. Thank you.

Frustrating stay

The property was nice but we couldn’t enjoy it at all because there were so many rules set up by the owner and even noise sensors on the property. We lived in Las Vegas for 20 years and we were back for a reunion and had to make sure the kids didn’t make any noise in the back yard. The neighbor is the issue and came over as soon as we arrived to tell us that it was a quiet neighborhood. So our spring break was not great due to choosing this property. So if you’re going to stay here count on have fun elsewhere because for us it was very regimented.

Girl's Get-away

Communication with the owner was excellent. She is very nice and helpful. We contacted her about the pool and she sent the maintenance guy right away. The place could use some TLC and regular maintenance. We weren't aware of the city noise ordinance before we arrived. Seemed like the neighbor kept a very close eye on us and knew when we were coming and going. A little creepy. Overall, the location is great, it fit our needs with 4 beds and the pool was fantastic! Reasonably priced to split between 4 of us.

Vegas Babes

The property is beautiful. Very far from the Vegas Strip, but easy for an Uber to get from there to there. We rarely go to the strip anymore. There is a casino very close to the property and we were pleasantly surprised by it’s location and it’s cleanliness. Green Valley Casino. We did have several phone calls regarding the ‘heated pool’. One of the main reasons for renting the property. The heated pool was working only one of the 4 days we were there. It was determined a glitch in the technology. We would totally recommend this property. The property owner responded within minutes and was very willing to fix any problems or answer any questions.

Nice Property, Great Location

Property is in a great location, close to most everything. House is well cared for and very clean. The back yard with pool is very nice. There were a couple of glitches for us. There was no garage door opener, which means that every time you go somewhere, you have to back your car out of the garage, go back in the house to close the garage door, then exit from the front door and lock the front door with the key. Also, the listing says there is a coffee grinder, so I bought coffee beans, and there wasn't in fact a coffee grinder. Small issues, I know. Renata was helpful and appreciative of several things we did since she was out of the country.
