Find your Sol in Belize in our newly redesigned 4bedroom/4bath home that sits on over 450' of private beach and overlooks the Belize Barrier Reef that is a mere 800 meters offshore. Located 8.5 miles north of San Pedro town you'll enjoy that private island feel but have easy access to nearby restaurants, bars and grocery. This well appointed home is made up of beautiful décor to include custom artwork by Belizean artist Leo Vasquez and custom made Belizean hardwood furniture designed and built by Fernando Polanco. Rental includes use of our complimentary kayaks, SUP's, snorkeling and fishing gear. Life jackets are also available.

Enjoy a stress free vacation as your stay will include a personal on-site chef for any and all meals that you choose to have on property as well as a 24-hour on site caretaker, groundskeeper and daily housekeeping. ALL OF THESE SERVICES ARE INCLUDED in our daily rates for parties up to four. Our on-site chef is available to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner if you choose to dine in. Groceries for these meals ARE PROVIDED and purchased prior to your arrival, AND AGAIN ARE INCLUDED IN OUR DAILY RATE. See additional fee for these services for each guest (over 4) for food cost and preparation. In additional to breakfast, lunch, and dinner we provide filtered water, coffee, tea, milk, fresh squeezed juices, and fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. Alcohol, mixers, soft drinks and any other particular snacks that you may need are not included in the daily rates and can be purchased at one of the many grocery stores on the island after arrival.

Our chef's kitchen comes stocked with a full pantry and fridge for meals customized to your liking. Again this IS INCLUDED in your daily rate and shopped for prior to your arrival.

Our spacious and open floorplan is designed for comfort. Lounge in the den area on our oversized sofa and enjoy your chef prepared meals around our large dining table or sitting around the bar on custom made Belizean hardwood barstools.

The home is equipped with mini split air conditioning in each room as well as Wi-Fi and Smart TVs.

Three of the four bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms which allow the guests more privacy and convenience. Wall mounted smart TVs and Mini-split AC units are included in each bedroom as well as custom closet space. Two of the bedrooms offer a queen bed each as well as en-suite bathrooms with shower/tub combos. The largest bedroom offers a king bed with an en-suite bathroom (large walk-in shower) and French doors leading out to the screened in portion of the veranda overlooking the pool and beach. The fourth bedroom (with bathroom across the hall) offers two twin over full bunk beds.

Outside you can enjoy a large covered veranda with access to our infinity pool as well as a partially screened in area while relaxing on our outdoor furniture. Step out back onto the veranda overlooking our custom made barbeque pit while your fresh catch of fish, lobster, and conch is prepared for you in traditional Belizean/Mayan fashion. Or choose to enjoy this experience around one of our handmade custom picnic tables.

When not lounging by the pool with a refreshing cocktail you can enjoy our hammocks that hang over the water just steps off of our white sandy beach. A perfect way to soak up that Caribbean sunshine. Our private pier is the perfect setting to watch the beautiful sunrises over the Caribbean on our handmade swing or sip your cocktails on our custom made bar top and barstools under the thatched roof palapa.

If you'd prefer a little more adventure we have complimentary standup paddle boards, kayaks, snorkeling and fishing gear, and lifejackets. You can fish off of our private pier which offers shade under the thatched roof palapa or paddle out to the reef and snorkel for a view of beautiful corals and sea life, and dive for fresh conch and lobster when in season.

If you'd like to venture out we can offer a day of fishing (flat, reef or deep sea) with one of our boat captains who will pick you up from the property. In addition to fishing our knowledgeable boat captains and tour guides can show you around the island for a day of snorkeling, diving, and sightseeing. Adventurous excursions to the mainland like a visit to the Mayan Ruins, ziplining over the jungle canopy or cave-tubing are also available with pick up from our private pier. The services of our boat captain and guides are paid directly to the charter company.

For those who dive you can also experience world class diving adventures to one of the many dive locations around the island. Again, all of this is available, for an additional fee, with pick up from the property with one of our knowledgeable boat captains and dive masters. Not yet certified, but would like to be? We can arrange certification here on the property in our private pool with a certified PADI divemaster.

In the mood for a relaxing spa day while enjoying the sunshine and beach? We can make that happen. We bring the spa to you with a number of options including massage, manicure, pedicures and facials. Additional fees do apply.

Golf Carts are the main mode of transportation on the island and we have 4-seater and 6-seater carts available to rent during your stay. Daily rate are available as well as a discounted weekly rate. A great way to explore this beautiful island paradise.

Travel to Belize is easy with many direct flights from the U.S and Canada. Once you arrive in Belize City I recommend a short puddle jumper flight with Tropic Air over the island into San Pedro Airport. This is a 15 minute flight over beautiful turquoise waters giving you a bird's eye view of the many islands and cayes. This is an adventure in itself! I will be happy to make arrangements for your Tropical Air flights upon booking if you would like.
