This is an amazing house newly renovated and decked out for a refreshing vacation! Itâs outside of the nightlife riffraff but close to all Daytona beach has to offer with no more then a 10 min drive. There is an amazing tropical fee out back with a salt water pool and spa, it leaves your skin feeling so nice and soft after using! ping pong table, a regular gas grill, and a smoker/charcoal grill! And a gas fire table. You can catch the sunrise at the beach and the sunset at the river with a 5 min walk either way. The property is at a dead end street with a private feel. This house does have a small apartment on top of it you might occasionally hear some foot steps! A 5 min walk to where small scooter rental is you can hop on one and explore the area the go about 18mph and they are a lot of fun! Only a 5 min walk to boat rentals and jet skis. If you havenât been to disappearing Island rent a boat and check it out and then grab lunch at one of the 5 restaurant options that are water front with boat parking!
Many things to do like parasailing, paddle board tours, put out golfing, shopping(one Daytona and tanger outlets) beach, board walks, climb the ponce inlet light house, many trails through the dunes in ponce inlet(10min drive) jet ski rentals, awesome charter fishing, dinner on the riverboat, ocean front dining river front dining,
Itâs a perfect house for a great vacation.
Disclaimer: There is an apartment on top of this house and you will hear their foot steps walking above you on occasion if this would bother you please refrain from booking. This house is not suited for large wild drinking parties due to close by neighbors. They absolutely will call the police department on the first sign of a large party. Absolutely no smoking inside. Under these circumstances guest will be removed from the property immediately. We are pet friendly but you will have to take your dogs on a walk to let them go to the bathroom. We do not have a yard they can use the restroom. The back yard is a mini golf course. Dogs can not go to the bathroom on and front yard is rocked. There are security cameras on the exterior of the house facing entrances and front drive way these cameras. Broken house rules
