This stunning 3-bedroom + Den, 3.5-bathroom townhome at Elk Run can accommodate up to 9 people and enjoys bright and airy interiors. This gorgeous townhome boasts mountain modern style and design elements throughout. A spacious 3-story residence that features an open living area on the main level with exceptional natural light, a stone surround gas fireplace and reclaimed wood mantle, huge flat-screen TV, and soft leather sofa and armchairs. The adjacent kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together after adventure filled days! The lovely deck flows nicely off the great room and features outdoor seating, and of course more views! There is also a half-bath located on the main level. This townhome also boasts heated floors as well as A/C during the summer months.

The master bedroom, also on the main level, features a king bed and flat-screen TV and gorgeous en-suite bathroom that includes walk-in shower and double vanities, and large walk-in closet.

Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, flat-screen TV, and great views towards the mountain, the other has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds plus a twin trundle, sleeping up to five. These two bedrooms share the full bathroom located off the hallway.

Downstairs on the entry level, the generous sized foyer is light filled and provides plenty of space to offload gear, coats, strollers, toys etc. As well as access to the 1-car garage, this level also has a laundry room with washer and dryer, bathroom, and an additional living space.

this is a great property. the decor is very current, the floorplan is nice, open, and welcoming. It was perfect for our family of 6. the kitchen was well fitted, the linens were nice, and the hot tub made for a fun way to end the day! We took the shuttle across the street at Trappeurs Crossing every day and it ran frequently. Close to the square for shops and restaurants.

Very good stay

Unit is very nice. Location is good and shuttles worked very well. A pipe burst the day before our stay which complicated things but the mgmt. group kept us informed on the remediation efforts.

Great Getaway

I met my friends from different places in Fort Worth for a conference. Our place was cancelled on us last minute and we ended up booking Bob's property. This was a blessing. It ended up being the perfect place for us, just the right amount of space, clean, a safe spot and easy to get around to Fort Worth area. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful townhouse close to the mountain!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The kitchen is well stocked and our group had a wonderful time. The only thing we struggled with with was regulating the thermostat, but it was probably a user error.
