Experience unbeatable value in this fully renovated coastal condo just steps from the sandâno stairs required! Walk to beach bars, dining, or lounge by the heated pool only a few steps from your door. Bright open living spaces and modern finishes make this the perfect place to relax and unwind. Includes Wi-Fi, parking and beach essentialsâtowels, chairs, umbrella, and buggy - tons of added value!
As you approach the condo, a private walkway leads to your own patio complete with a table and chairsâperfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside, youâll find a cozy living area featuring a pullout sofa, comfortable chair, and dining table with seating for four. The full kitchen is stocked with essentials and includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher for added convenience.
To the left, the bedroom offers a queen memory foam bed, closet space, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Every detail is designed for comfort and ease, making this condo an ideal retreat after a day at the beach or exploring the area.
Note: There is some beach restoration work ongoing in the area; however, there is plenty of public beach open for your enjoyment and relaxation.

I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 or older.
- 1 digital parking permit will be issued with the condo.
- This is a No smoking property, please do not smoke within the white fenced area of property (including balcony), as this is a disruption to other nearby tenants or owners. If you are a smoker, you can do so on the sidewalk nearby or alley in back, but not in private or common areas on the property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped over balcony.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
Please Note* - As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.
