Excellent location! We love the access to the free bikes and ride them all the way to Lake Louise. The onsite restaurants were also great!

The property at Lake Louise Inn is perfectly located for hikes, trips to the nearby lakes, and access to the Samson Mall. The rental was nice for a short duration stay (we stayed 3 nights) as the upstairs loft area was a little difficult to move around in. Since there is no air conditioning, opening the windows at night helped keep it reasonably cool upstairs but also let in noise from personnel outside as the rental is next to where the shuttle departs/returns. Rental was well maintained except for a small leak from the shower door upstairs. Family enjoyed our visit and would likely look to book this rental or one within the Lake Louise Inn complex again.

Great stay in Lake Louise

We had a wonderful visit to the Lake Louise area and the condo at the Lake Louise Inn was perfect for our stay. We ate many of our meals in the condo. The kitchen was well equipped and much appreciated having coffee available each morning. Would definitely stay again when we return.

Wonderful property walking distance to restaurants and shops, enjoyed the “mini” mini golf and nicely updated features in the rental. Lobby and pizza restaurant are great!

The family really enjoyed the stay. The loft suite was spotless upon arrival. With 3 boys, the bunk and Murphy bed were perfect. It had everything we needed in the kitchenette for the family. The proximity to the ski hill was perfect. The restaurants in the Inn were top notch Band the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tubs.

Lake Louise Ski weekend

Amazing staff, amazing facility, really appreciated the extension cords available for every vehicle to plug block heater in, courtesy shuttle to ski hill, snow shoes and pool and hottubs. We highly recommend this for your mountain getaway and we will return!

Convenient modern condo

This property is conveniently located near to Lake Louise Village shops and restaurants, as well as the local sights. The interior design is modern and the space is well utilized. We were not able to adjust the temperature cooler but we did arrive during a heat wave. The resort has a number of amenities such as restaurants, miniature golf, laundry, daily housekeeping, and more.

Location

The place was smaller than anticipated. The bathroom door handle was loose, the key to ski locker was extremely hard to operate. The bathroom was clean and very functional. The coffee maker was Keurig only, which honestly sucks.
