Discover The Solstice, a cozy mountaintop chalet near Pigeon Forge, offering the perfect blend of comfort and adventure for your winter getaway. Inside, large living room windows frame breathtaking magical views, setting the scene for relaxation. The chalet features a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with a view. Sleep in comfort in one of the three king suites, each with memory foam beds, smart TVs, and private bathrooms with shower tub combos, ensuring restful nights and serene mornings. Fun awaits downstairs with a movie theater, game room filled with pool and arcade games, and a bunk room for extra guests or kids. The bottom floor with the bunk room also has a half bath, and there's another half bath on the main level right off the living room. Step outside to unwind in the spacious hot tub on the lower patio, or enjoy the cool evenings on the upper and lower deck, all while soaking in the majestic scenery of the Smoky Mountains. The Solstice invites you and your furry friend (for a simple agreement and a fee) to experience the magic of the mountains this winter!

While we're delighted to provide complimentary internet access, it's important to note that connectivity might not always match the speed and reliability needed for remote work or simultaneous streaming on several devices because of our location. The Neighborhood:

Experience your own mountaintop adventure right from downtown. Soar to the top of Anakeesta Mountain on a one-of-a-kind Chondola. Walk across the longest pedestrian Skybridge in North America. Ride the Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tram to a mountain of fun. However, these popular attractions barely scratch the surface of what Gatlinburg has to offer in the outdoors.



Families, friends, and couples come to Gatlinburg to enjoy it all. With ziplines and whitewater rafting, world-class golf and fishing, and 800 miles of hiking trails in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg is one of America’s premier outdoor destinations. Biking, bird watching, and horseback riding are also recommended activities to try while you’re outside in Gatlinburg.



Getting Around:

This home is located near the top of a mountain and has spectacular views! Due to its location, it does have a very steep driveway which may impact your ability to navigate your car up the drive to the home based on weather. We strongly suggest having a 4-wheel drive vehicle. In inclimate weather and during winter months, we strongly recommend the use of snow or chained tires. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.



This driveway is not suitable for guests traveling with busses, RV's, or campers.



Should weather or a driven vehicle prohibit you from using the driveway, there is a flat natural parking area halfway up the long drive. If you choose to walk up the driveway, you assume your own risk of fall or injury.

Here are a few simple reminders for your stay:

- Dogs (only) are welcome for an additional $300/dog fee, charged after your confirmed booking, and a signed pet agreement.

-We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and property with the same care as you would your own home.

- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.

- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.
