Enjoy the large fireplace after skiing, a brisk walk through our quiet community or beautiful Woodland Lake Park which is a 0.5 mile walk where you may see people fishing and features surrounding Ponderosa Pines, wildlife and meadows.
This 4 bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms are all furnished and each are uniquely decorated for your full log cabin experience. As you enter our home, you will be greeted by a huge open floor plan that has a cozy fireplace in the corner (it’s on with the flip of a switch!), and the most comfortable recliner couches you’ve ever sat in. The large fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite countertops will be your centerpiece for activity in the home, right next to the large dining area with a log dining table and great view of the backyard just outside the dining room windows. Both bathrooms have a spa tub to relax your body from a long day of hiking in the mountains and the master has a separate shower. Our home has a front and back deck/patio for your enjoyment. Our back patio has a new barbecue grill. The children will enjoy our fully enclosed backyard for all sorts of activities including making snowmen and snow angels in the winter. There is a large lawn sized connect four game as well as a firepit for making smores.

PARKING – parking is limited to the driveway space, with a total of 2 car spaces available. Parking on the street is not permitted and subject to towing according to the HOA rules; applicable fines/towing fees is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Unfortunately, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, CAMPERS, RV’S OR TOWED BOATS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
This is an exclusive and private neigborhood. No parties or events are allowed. There is a noise ordinance that goes in effect at 9pm.
