Gather family and friends at Port Side, a 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental on Keuka Lake that's perfect for groups of up to 12 guests. Located just minutes from Hammondsport and directly off the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, this home combines modern updates with vintage charm in a beautiful lakeside setting.
Inside, the living area welcomes you with soft grey-and-white décor, comfortable seating, and stunning lake views. A decorative fireplace adds cozy character, while the updated kitchen features quartz countertops, modern appliances, and plenty of space to cook meals together. The dining area and island bar offer seating for the whole group.
Sleeping arrangements include two queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom on the second floor, plus a seasonal sleeping porch with three twins and a bunk bed (AprilâOctober). The third-floor master suite includes a queen bed and private ensuite bath. With an additional full bath and half bath, there's plenty of space for everyone.
Step outside to enjoy the level yard, perfect for games and family fun. With 72 feet of natural lake frontage and a permanent dock, you'll have everything you need for boating, fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water.
Explore nearby wineries such as Bully Hill and Dr. Frank's, grab a meal in Hammondsport, or rent a boat from a local marina for a day on the water. Port Side is your ideal Keuka Lake escapeâperfect for family gatherings, wine trail adventures, and lakeside relaxation!
October 1 - April 30th Port Side rents without the Sleeping Porch as there is no heat. Maximum Occupancy during this time is lowered to 7.
**Your safety matters to us! Port Side has outside security cameras that face toward the driveway, dock and garage across the street. The cameras do not look into any interior living areas.
Port Side on Keuka Lake adheres to strict occupancy policies. Parties, events and unregistered guests, pets and turning around in neighborhood driveways are prohibited.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.
Note:
1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
