Beautifully updated 2 bedroom 2 bath single level condo with no one above or below. Has a south facing patio that overlooks the 18th Green of the Challenge course of Palm Valley CC.
Master bedroom has direct connection to patio and view.
Easy walking distance to clubhouse and restaurants.
Stay warm on cool winter nights with the gas fireplace inside or the LP fire pit in the courtyard patio.
Enjoy watching golfers tackle the 18th hole or walk a few steps one of two pools with jacuzzis.
Restaurant is available to guests, however you would need to find member to play on one of two golf courses.
BBQ is right off kitchen for easy transition of food.

We loved it!

Beautiful home and wonderful amenities. The home is well appointed with high end furnishings and quality linens. The 2 masters were perfect for a friend’s trip. The host was very responsive. We had an amazing stay and hope to return.

Excellent property

Perfect place to spend our five night stay for Stagecoach weekend. Beautiful property, clean and well stocked, and beds were so comfortable. Pools were nice and conveniently located adjacent to this property.

We came to the area for a family event. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, and well equiped. We had a couple minor issues that were easily resolved with the owner who is very responsive.

Great Condo, Great Location, Perfect

Had a great time here at Palm Desert's Palm Valley CC. Spacious condo with great GC views. Pleanty of space in both the Kitchen and Bathroom areas. Great area to walk in the neighborhood. The seperate bar area was also a welcome feature to reduce congestion in the Kitchen. BBQ was located in the front patio which was near the Kitchen making meal preperation easy.My recommendation for comfortable accomodations, quiet and secure environment. Do not pass this one up!

Amazing Mother’s Day weekend getaway

Great time

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. We had an issue with the dishwasher and communication with Mike regarding it was very fast and efficient. The kitchen was stocked with a few extras like a slow cooker and air fryer which was really handy. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

Palm Valley Country Club is gorgeous - flowers everywhere, swimming pools on every corner and of course, beautifully manicured golf courses. And this condo is a great home base for all these amenities. It’s light, bright, newly remodeled and spacious. Impeccably clean and expertly managed by the host, Mike Burns. If you’re lucky enough to have found this place, be smart enough to rent it!

Awesome Stay = A++++++

We visited this area to go to the Power Trip Festival. Since we flew in to California, our space for toiletries, towels, and similar items were limited. Not a problem. Mike had everything we needed. Even pool/beach towels. The condo was beautiful and affordable. Sitting outside in the morning having coffee with that wonderful view. Comfortable bed, comfortable sofa. Thank you!
