The cabin was just lovely. Perfect for two people. Everything was so clean and well maintained. Great patio where we grilled our dinner. Host was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay outside of the national park! We will return if we are in the area.
Perfect location! Cabin was super clean, packed with amenities, super comfortable bed , host was super responsive- great porch for sitting and back patio was great in the evenings for star gazing ( propane fire pit !) would definitely stay again if we are back in the area ! Highly recommend
The cabin was perfect for our three-night stay in the area. Very convenient to Bryce Canyon, Grand Staircase Monument, Kodachrome Basin State Park and so many other areas to explore that we can't wait to return. We would definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for 2 nights. Hiked during the day and relaxed at night. This was a great little cabin. There were 3 in a row behind a couple of houses. It was perfect, not too busy!! The kitchen was amazingly stocked and the front porch was an amazing place to sit and relax after a long day of hiking. Host was great and checked on us through the visit (via messaging). I had no questions and no issues. The house was perfect, bed was comfy and everything was beautifully cleaned. If you go, try the Tropic Trail up to Peekaboo....it was stunning! Would absolutely stay again!
Property is perfect for a stay of several days to visit Bryce, Kodachrome, and the many other wonderful sites close by.Good central location, easy drive to parks, short drive to good local food and a small but comprehensive local grocery store.Property itself is terrific. Comfortable, easy to live in, nice furniture and facilities, everything recent, impeccably maintained. Owner was very helpful with recommended places to go, and detailed answers to questions. Friendly, and responded quickly. We enjoyed a great stay, and highly recommend the cabin. A big thank-you to the owners.
Wonderful cabin, terrific host, and a great location
We arrived after a 15 hour travel day and fell into the most pillowy bed with the softest bedding! The place was immaculate and perfect for jumping off to visit a variety of places in the area. The backyard firepit was fabulous - we sat outside and watched the moon rise on our final night! Tad is friendly and super helpful - always ready to answer questions about hikes and places to go. We hiked Willis Creek Canyon on his recommendation and it was brilliant. Can't say enough - this place is a little gem! Only complaint is that our stay was too short!
Thoughtful attention to detail and very customer oriented. The kitchen is very well equipped. Hooks for towels, a place for dirty boots, even all the grilling tools on the back patio in a box ready to use. We loved staying here! Convenient location, especially if you plan to visit Kodachrome State Park.
We were on a cross country trip from upstate in central New York, in the middle of our visits to the Mighty 5 Utah National Parks. We needed a delightful stay with the comforts and cleanliness of home and were satisfied on all aspects of this cabin stay.
Very clean spacious cabin. Cabin was very well supplied. Tad was right there checking if we needed anything very nice. Quiet location but yet still close to many attractions. Be sure to check out Kodachrome basin state park very close by and beautiful. Thanks for recommending this park to us Tad.
The cabin is immaculate it was stocked with everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Tad is a very pleasant person and very knowledgeable about the national parks in the area. We really enjoyed cooking on the private grill and relaxing after our daily sightseeing trips. We highly recommend anyone vistining the area to stay here. You will enjoy the stay.
This cabin was perfect for the three of us (husband, 18 year old son). The cabin is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, with the deck in back with a gorgeous view of the bluffs/cliffs. While you are 15 minutes or so outside the park, we found that to be the perfect distance for peace and quiet away from the crowds. Would definitely stay here again!
Loved the place. Clean and new. Well equipped with all we needed. Close enough to Bryce but away from crowds.
Back patio with grill a great place to hang out in the shade after returning from hikes.
Clean and comfortable. A bit further from Bryce Canyon's main entrance than I expected but not a major issue. Pleasantly surprised by proximity to a very nice restaurant - Stone Hearth Grille.
Pictures donât do it justice. One of our best VRBO experiences. Tad was a great host and took time to check on us and make a few recommendations for food options and activities. Highly recommended
The cabin was equipped with all the essentials including a dishwasher. The awesome convertable couch was so comfortable as well as the bed. The back yard had a fantastic view of the beautiful landscape. Although there was not a restaurant in Cannonville we found several great places to eat nearby in Tropic. There is a great BQ place and a Mexican food truck next to the hardware store. The location was between Bryce canyon and Escalante park.
