I can't say enough great things about this home. We loved it and the property owner was very good on communicating. Only thing I would suggest is putting some sort of mirror in the bedroom so the ladies can do their hair and make up. I highly recommend this home.

Great location. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. The property could include more guest seating along with new mattresses. Mattresses VERY uncomfortable. Could be cooler inside.

Great communication. Wasn't sure about layout (communicate where the twin pullout was) but it was good for 3-4 separate adults with adequate space. Walkable within a mile to coffeeshops, food and park.

Amazing Stay

Chen is an amazing, responsive host. She made sure my family was accommodated & comfortable during our stay. We appreciated the amount of toiletries & utensils that she provided for guests. The beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely decorated. The backyard is nice and spacious. The pictures of the listing are very accurate. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay.

Location was good

Location of the property was great! 20 minutes to the quieter beaches nearby! The property and pictures were spot on. They were tearing up the front yard to change sewage pipes. It did make parking in the driveway difficult. They need to look under the beds when cleaning because there was a bottle found by a child under one of the beds with black mold in it. My one HUGE complaint was that we were told we needed to keep the air at 72 even though the real feel outside was 110. The house was very muggy and we felt like the home owner was changing the temp of the house using a nest thermostat device on us during the night because it would get set on a temperature we did not set it to and it would get very uncomfortable. And our one huge question was if we were told it was to be kept at 72, why would it keep being changed to a temperature higher than 72?

Hi Nichole, Thank you for the review. I am so sorry that you found a bottle under the bed. I will definitely take your advice and look under every bed moving forward. I must’ve missed that in my last cleanings. As for the temperature, we typically ask guest t to keep the AC unit 72 because of the temperature being so hot outside. We only ask guest who has put the AC unit under 70 to please be mindful of the temperature in the house. Due to the hot weather outside, the unit will be working very hard to keep the temperature under 70, which can cause it to break. I’m sorry if that was a negative on your stay. If you would have let us know that is an issue on your end, we would have definitely wanted to correct that for a more enjoyable stay. Thank you again for the feedback as we are always trying to learn and make our home a wonderful stay for our guest.

Family time in Charleston

Everyone enjoyed staying at this property. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we could easily get to the places we needed to go. The home was very spacious and clean. We didn’t spend much time in the backyard because of the summer heat, but it would nice when it cools down. Overall, the experience was wonderful and so was the communication with the owner!!

Girls Trip

The place was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The property owner has a very well stocked house with endless amounts of amenities/supplies. I would recommend staying at this property. I plan on staying here again!
