Enjoy the best of Montecito from our centrally located cottage. A 7 minutes walk to Butterfly Beach or a 2 minutes walks to the restaurants and cafes on Coast Village Road. Four Seasons Biltmore and Rosewood Miramar are just down the beach. Santa Barbara' s famed State Street is a short 10 minute drive.

Professionally decorated, our home is designed for both in and outdoor living . It's an eclectic mixture of mid-century cool with boho chic elements. The living room is tastefully decorated with a large comfortable sofa, gas fireplace, bluetooth speaker and large HD flat screen smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine and curated selection of tea from Art of Tea. There's hot and cold filtered water at the sink. Our monogrammed water bottles are provided for your hikes around the Santa Ynez Mountains.

The bright and cheer dining area shares a space with open kitchen plan. The Carrara marble top tulip table is accompanied with Eiffel inspired chairs and bench that seats 6.

In the bathroom, we have carefully selected sustainable bathing products from Public Goods for your use. Dedicated make up removal towels and other bathing essentials are also provided.

Chill in our fully furnished front or back yard. Snuggle up and read a book, BBQ, or make your own s'mores in the fire pit. Or grab a beach towel and your surf board, head down to the beach. Enjoy the outdoor shower with warm water for hosing off your sandy feet afterwards. You have the entire compound to yourself.

EV charger is provided for you to fuel up for the next leg of your journey.
