Our 2-level home features 5 bedrooms with a King or Queen bed in each. 3 full bathrooms easily accommodate large families or groups. There is a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together, along with a few extras - coffee, creamers, tea, honey, spices/seasonings, and olive oil. We supply pots and pans, mixing bowls, eating and cooking utensils, all dishes and cups, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, crock pot, toaster, griddle, blender, and bakeware. The table seats 6, and has 2 leaves available to expand and accommodate more! There is also a dishwasher. 👍

There are three 55"+ smart TVs in the home, and two small sitting areas to gather (one upstairs and one downstairs). We provide 1 Gig internet with mesh WiFi. The downstairs has a second kitchenette - it is not stocked but feel free to use the fridge, sink, and stovetop burners if needed. There is a card table that can be pulled out if you want to use it, and extra folding chairs are in the closet. Washer and dryer are available for guest use in the home.

The yard has nice grassy areas and 2 patios with sitting areas to enjoy the outdoors. We have a grill (propane provided) and a firepit (guests will need to supply their own wood) available for use. We have a mature almond tree on the property that guests are welcome to enjoy. And a tetherball pole!!

Guests can park in the garage, in the driveway, and one car on the street. Please no additional vehicles.

We have a few board games, children's dinnerware, a baby gate, high chair, & pack n play, and we are continuing to grow our family- and kid-friendly amenities - we welcome families!
