Maison de sept chambres et cinq salles de bains et demie située au 13e trou du parcours de golf Ritz Carlton Oconee de Reynold’s Plantation.

Ceci est une maison massive construite récemment avec une salle de jeu comprenant un tournoi de neuf pieds table de billard, table de baby-foot en bois massif, table de poker 8 personnes, viking grill, plusieurs ponts, belle vue, deux cuisines, deux cheminées, cuisine gastronomique, trois restaurants domaines et plus encore!

C'est un luxe, maison non-fumeur disponible à une fraction de sa valeur parce que nous aimons le garder réservé.

La maison est à distance de marche du Ritz Carlton et de toutes leurs commodités.

Un téléviseur plasma 60 pouces est dans la maison. Il y a le wifi haut débit et tout ce que vous attendez d'une maison comme celle-ci. Cette maison devrait louer pour 3000 par nuit mais nous tirons pour l'occupation maximum et l'offrons pour une fraction de cela.

Vous ne trouverez pas une meilleure affaire que cette maison sur VRBO. C'est une maison de plusieurs millions de dollars louée comme si elle n'en était pas une.

Reynolds Plantation est connu dans le monde entier pour ses excellentes installations et 99 trous de golf, tous situés à 75 miles (une heure) d'Atlanta ou Augusta, en Géorgie. The house is a magnificent home and there were many touches like bathroom beauty items, swim towels, ice making machine and bar items. It was very clean and had a terrific new pool and hot tub that was great for a variety of ages in our group. The best thing was Rick was a very gracious host helping with a golf t time and responding to questions promptly. I’d give the place a 10 on a sale of 0-5!

Great family holiday!

My family and I had a great time in Greensboro. Upon arrival, we found the house exactly as described, ample room for everyone to spread out or come together for games and dinner. We appreciated how well maintained everything was on the inside, top of the line appliances and everything.There was an issue with plumbing in one of the bathrooms, but Rick was very responsive and extremely apologetic. Our only significant disappointment was the outdoor area. While the hot tub and pool were perfectly clean and ready for use, the grill, table and seating areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since last Summer. Overall, we would recommend and rent this house again, especially if the exterior is maintained with the same care and attention as the inside.

Perfect house for our family

The house was larger than expected and had every gadget needed for a wonderful week. The upstairs bedroom was great for our grandchildren to play in the mornings before the rest of the house woke up. Any problem or question was quickly answered by the property manager.Hot tub was amazing!

Beautiful property and perfect for a family!

In town for a wedding and had four generations together. Great place for all ages, with amenities for each generation. Host was excellent with communication and the home was more splendid than the photos. Would definitely recommend this place and we are hopeful of returning.

Disappointing!

This home was built and furnished with quality materials but it is not being well maintained.First, the VRBO description was deceptive. It listed this property as being a 1 minute walk to the water. It was 10 minute drive by car.During our stay, we had to call a handyman, a plumber, an electrician and the HVAC repairman. Each time, I had to wait at the home to receive them and show them the respective problem. On the morning of our departure, the HVAC crew arrived before 8:00am to replace the lower level system. I asked that they wait until 10:00 check out time, but they said they could not.In addition to the garbage overflowing near the grill, dirty outdoor furniture (some of which was haphazardly placed outside the fence), dirty and unsafe balcony near master bedroom, missing light bulbs and disfunctional locks and hardware, there were toilets that had developed rings in the bowl, indicating that they had not been cleaned properly or frequently enough.Overall, considering the cost of this rental, the amount that I paid for the cleaning of this home, the amount of time I had to contribute to the maintenance of the property during my vacation, I expect an appropriate refund from the homeowner.

Family Golf Trip

We enjoyed the house very much! The presentation was super clean and neat. Although the weather was HOT, the pool was great! The kitchen had everything that you need to host your family. The great room had plenty of seating to watch the first weekend of college football. Thanks to Mr. Latona for being a great host!

Tremendous vacation

My wife, myself and my four boys, their wives and the grandchildren get a house on VRBO for one week every year in a different state.We had one of the best vacations at this property and the host's Rick and Alexis were absolutely wonderful. GREAT TIME!!!

Wonderful family vacation

This property exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful home for a multi-generational family vacation. The pool and hot tub was perfect for adults, teens and younger children. We especially appreciated the two umbrellas located in the pool/hot tub during the day. There are many indoor activities as well, whether escaping the heat or a rain storm. The kitchen had everything we needed to make large family meals, with many high end appliances. Kudos to Rick, the owner, who responded quickly to questions prior to our stay and especially to an issue during our stay.

Guys golf trip

Home was in great location for our golf trip. Most courses within 2 miles. Plenty of space for 8 adults, all having our own beds. Great recreation area and hot tub after golf. Plenty of kitchen space to cook our dinners. Publix was only 5 miles away. Only negative being we could not get stoves in main kitchen to work and pollen covered all of outside furniture. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Great Time Over New Years with Friends!

Rick was a great host and the in house chief was awesome! The home is in a perfect location in one of the nicest areas of the neighborhood close to the Ritz, Golf, and Linger Longer Steakhouse. Nice quite place to get away and relax with family and friends mixed with a wonderful spa experience just around the corner. Thanks for the fire-pit Rick!

The house was large enough for all 16 of us to fit in comfortably. Any minor issues were dealt with quickly by Rick Latona. Lake was wonderful. Some restrictions as to which facilities on the property can be used

The perfect rental

We rented the house for a golf weekend with 8 guys. The owner could not have been more laid back or easy to deal with and we found the house in perfect condition on arrival. The grill on the deck, the 60" TV, and the pool table downstairs gave us no reason to go anywhere over the weekend. We will definitely consider returning sometime, this is a great house and a great owner.

Summer Family Vacation

Over all had a great vacation. Did have issues with the pool. The property manager could not have been more accommodating and had the pool company on site. Addressed the issue but two days later had the same problems again. Pool staff said it could be issue with the equipment. The owner extended our stay two extra days for the inconvenience. Very apologetic and understanding. Might want to consider a new pool company. The home was perfect for us with six adults and seven children.

board retreat

We had 12 people for a board retreat and the house was perfect. We played golf each day and then had someone cater in dinner for us two nights. The weather was great and we were able to visit outside or either in the upstairs living room or downstairs where there was another large TV, pool table, foosball, and nice poker table. It's very difficult to find a home large enough for a group this size and it made our retreat more successful by being able to be together. I'd recommend this home to others for any type of gathering.

Family gathering

Pros: Lovely flow to living area; guests can be together, but engaged in different activities, conversations. There was a small problem with the hot tub. The property manager responded immediately and issue was resolved. Cons: There are four bedrooms downstairs. Two have en-suite… but one of those is used by the other two bedrooms as well. Also, two of the downstairs bedrooms have no windows. The upstairs decks both need significant work. We had a three generation 5 night, four day stay that was truly lovely.

Fantastic vacation

Just stayed here Labor Day weekend for my daughters 18th birthday. she had 4 girlfriends and the downstairs with 4 bedrooms and full kitchen and 2 patios and large flat screen TV was where they hung out. Home is beautiful, fabulous for entertaining. Upstairs has huge porch with grill overlooking golf course and separate porch off master with great furniture. Homeowner, Rick, went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Furniture is beautiful, updated and very comfortable. We cooked out on the grill and the girls enjoyed the neighborhood pool. Master bathroom is awesome! We will definitely return. Bring extra towels for pool and boating. Ritz is awesome for lunch on the water around the corner. Thanks Rick for making our stay so perfect! He also let us bring our 2 labs which made our stay even more special.

Fun Filled Family Vacation

This home is spacious and well appointed. Plenty of space to spread out so we were not all on top of each other. The teenagers and young adults enjoyed the pool table. We swam, played games at the large kitchen table, went water skiing and tubing at the lake. (Less than 15 minutes away.) I would highly recommend renting from Young Harris Water Sports Lake Oconee Marina (boats and jet ski rental) Parking is easy and the staff are wonderful! Everything was perfect. Publix is five minutes up the road and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would highly recommend this home!

I'm in the Internet business and travel frequently. I originally bought this house because I thought I would use it all the time but honestly, I'm either working or travelling. While I still go there often when it isn't rented, we put it in VRBO as a business decision to recoup some of the expenses the home generates, which are substantial.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I bought a home in Reynold's Lake Oconee because the entire area is nice. Some lakes, like Lake Laneer, have nice homes on them but trailer parks across the street. All of Reynold's and the surrounding area feels like a resort. There are great restaurants all around. It's simply a better quality of life than other weekend jots from Atlanta offer.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The biggest benefit to the property would be its size. If you like your space, this house is for you. I'm also always upgrading the amenities and furniture. I spend all of the funds generated through VRBO on the house itself. It really is a luxury home.
