We're so glad all seven of you found plenty of room to spread out, and that the kids loved bunking together in the third bedroom. That balcony view of the ocean, pool, green space, and dunes is one of our favorite spots too, and it's great to hear the short, stair-free boardwalk walk and the beach shower made your days even easier. A clean, spacious pool with shaded tables really does make a difference, and we're happy it added to the fun. We also appreciate you flagging a few things we can improve. We hear you on the sleeper sofa — we know those fold-out mattresses aren't the most comfortable, and we're sorry it wasn't the restful setup you deserved. The rusty chair on the balcony will be cleared out so that corner can be enjoyed the way it should be. Thank you for noting the mark on the mattress cover as well. We've passed that along to housekeeping so it gets the attention it deserves. We're glad our team could get dish soap to you quickly, and that the bathrooms and towels were ready and waiting. A quick note on the rental agreement: when you book through a third-party platform like Vrbo, we still ask you to sign our agreement directly. This protects both Life in Paradise and the property owners. On the internet, island connections can slow down during busy stretches and rainy weather, which is likely what you ran into during movie time and the World Cup.
