Beachfront 4BD Villa with a Wrap Around Upper Terrace and a Private Pool

Castillo de Arena is a private 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom beachfront home with approximately 3,500 sq ft of interior air-conditioned space. Its unique interior, breathtaking views and privileged location make it a perfect getaway. The house boasts a spacious pool area with jacuzzi, BBQ and swim-up bar. Upper floor terrace is a perfect spot for enjoying Baja sunsets and sunrises. The villa has a private beach access. CDC cleaning standards.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

- Master bedroom #1, ground floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.
- Master bedroom #2, top floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.
- Guest bedroom #1, ground floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Garden view.
- Guest bedroom #2, top floor, has 4 loft beds and 2 fold-away beds and a full bathroom. Partial ocean view.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Max occupancy - 10 people.

A minimum of 3 night stay is required.

A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.

A very nice property for a Family wanting a quiet and relaxing vacation with all the amenities of home and then some. Really enjoyed being on the quiet beach as well as having our own private pool.

This house was magical -- ideally located on a quiet beach not far from other great touch points, surf spots and hidden gems along the East Cape. The host and management staff were lovely, friendly and very responsive. We all fit comfortably and enjoyed the on-site amenities as well as frequent trips to Cabo San Jose, which is a short 15-minute drive away. The location felt remote and quiet without being too far from town. Highly, highly recommend.

Beautiful view and very nice beach property. On-site restaurant was convenient and the food very good. The sheets and bedding were a bit cheap with small (blood?) stains and the fire pit was not in service. Overall the property is a little out of the way if you are looking to go off property to San Jose, and Cabo San Lucas is especially far with the traffic. Very nice place to stay with family or friends if you want to just chill at the beach/pool, or around the San Jose area.

Perfect week in Cabo paradise

The home was absolutely amazing... exceeded our expectations on every level. The beach was nearly empty, clean and miles long... a rare find in this area of Mexico. We loved the privacy of the home, coupled with the amenities of nearby Vera-Neo club (fitness center, restaurant, beach club). We would highly recommend this home and would love to return!

gorgeous property!

we stayed here to celebrate my father's 80th birthday and the property is spectacular! the house's decor is beautiful, it was spotless and the kitchen is very well stocked. the staff at the property manager office was welcoming and helpful. if this home was for sale i would buy it lock, stock, and barrel!

Love El Encanto de la Laguna!!

Another great vacation in this beautiful secure community. Best of both worlds, secluded private beaches yet 15 min drive into town. Highly recommend staying at this property or others in the community. Alina and Susana are also extremely helpful in helping to make your vacation stress free with pre-ordered groceries, golf tee times and other excursions! The houses themselves are also very beautiful and you can't beat the location of this particular house right on the beach. The pool area is also top notch!! Great for families or multiple couples!

Amazing, amazing and more amazing

We have been going to Cabo/San Jose at least 2 times a year for the past 14 years and we have stayed at almost all of the 5stars hotels in the area. This place is truly one of the most if not the most amazing place in the area. Clean, beautiful and the host and everyone who helped us was super nice and helpful. My favorite thing about it was how close it was to an amazing swimmable beach. We had paddle boards brought to the house and played in the water for hours.

Perfect Beach Front family house

This home was beautiful and in the perfect location for a family get away! The house was clean, and beautiful with all the amenities anyone would need. The property management team were personable an quick ro reply to questions and requests. I have to say that i want to go back already. Jack, the owner stopped by to say hello and was extremely welcoming. Carlos and his team, property management, were one of the best ive ever worked with. They helped arrange transportation, groceries, fishing excursion and rental of a crib and highchair for our Grandchild. Honestly. The best thing was the beach and being able to get ip and watch the unforgettable sunrise. I highly recommend this property and working with Carlos and his management team. Thank you for the perfect family vacation.

Amazing Birthday Week with Friends and Family

We all had the incredible experiences of our dreams watching whales each day throughout our stay and relaxing with the best views that the Baja has to offer. The furnishings and bedroom suites gave us very little reason to leave and thus only ventured out to town one day. Otherwise we remained on our pool deck and enjoyed the beauty!
