Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the location near the villages and beach. We appreciate your suggestion for more information on the golf cart and will consider adding details about charging and covering it for future guests. We hope to host you again soon!

It's the little things, like a connected bathroom, that really make for the perfect beach trip! Thanks for the feedback, Terri, and we thank you for choosing to stay with us. Looking forward to hosting you again in the future.

Thank you for your kind words! We’re glad you enjoyed the condo and the golf cart with the radio—fun touches like that really add to the experience. Sorry to hear finding the pool was tricky; we’ll work on providing clearer directions to make it easier next time. We’d love to host you again!

We so appreciate your recommendation, Charles, and we hope you choose to visit Sandestin / Baytowne Wharf again on your next beach trip, too! You're so right that beach access from Baytowne is easy-peasy and that you're a mere golf cart ride away from dining, shopping, and entertainment. It's truly such a fun area! We hope to see you again!

Patrick, thanks for choosing to stay with us for your family reunion and for the feedback.

We are sorry to learn about the unfavorable experience you had during your recent visit. Our rental agreements explicitly state that guests are accountable for any damages incurred during their stay, which includes accidental breakages. We conduct a comprehensive review of any damages before applying charges to guarantee fairness. Should you have any particular concerns or inquiries, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Katey, thanks for the review and feedback. We are thrilled you loved unit 8971 and felt it had everything you needed. The beach access for that area is through the tunnel as local authorities do not allow golf carts on the main highway. We understand the crowded beach can be frustrating! Unfortunately, this is something out of our control and does occur during peak season. We do hope your had the chance to get some relaxation time and make great memories with your family. We thank you for staying and look forward to hosting you again.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad that despite the initial setback with the golf cart, Pam was able to find a fun alternative with the electric bikes. It's great to hear that this turned your vacation around and that you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your understanding and are thrilled you had a blast. Thanks again for your kind words about the condo and our team's efforts to make your stay enjoyable.

We're pleased to hear that you appreciated the property's condition and enjoyed using the golf cart. However, we need to address certain issues you raised. The adjacent unit alerted security that they observed seven individuals in the golf cart, exceeding its six-person limit, and reported multiple instances of noise disturbances after hours. Furthermore, there was a confrontation between a member of your group and our security staff in the parking area, along with several instances of smoking on the property. The Homeowners Association has also contacted us regarding these matters. Our goal is to ensure a peaceful setting for all our guests, and we trust you understand that these regulations are enforced to ensure fairness throughout the resort. For any further inquiries or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.

Jeana, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts! Your pros list was great, we really enjoy that view too and the live music nearby is always so nice. We’re looking forward to having you stay again when you’re back in the area!

Baytowne is so much fun and is such a great place for families--especially teens. It sounds like you had a true vacation, Lisa! We're so glad you had fun and that the property was exactly as you expected. We hope you plan to come back for more Sandestin fun soon!
