Cottage 304 is a cozy, new construction, 2 bedroom house where you’ll feel right at home during your stay. No need to trailer your ATVs! We’re located just 1 mile from the Bearwallow trail of the Hatfield McCoy trails. Enjoy evenings grilling your favorite meal on our park-style grill or relaxing by the fire pit. We're minutes from dining, shopping, and entertainment. We offer plenty of private, secure parking, quality mattresses, and new furnishings that will make your stay truly the best!

Great little place

We very much enjoyed our stay to ride the trails. House was spotlessly clean, plenty of space to park and conveniently located for trail access and restaurants. Definitely recommend Ms. Haleys place.

BearWallow Trails

I've stayed in many VBRO 's and this was the cleanest! Why stay in a noisy hotel when this house is just down the road from BearWallow trails. The host was very kind when we had to leave a day early because of a family emergency. I would 100% stay there again. H house.

The house is very clean with lots of parking for my truck and trailer. We had easy access to Bearwallow and Rock House trails. Even the connector trail to the shopping area was alot of fun. This properly is a good spot to stay if you are trail riding with a small group.

Mini-Vaca

We had a great mini-vaca here. The house was clean and adorable. Access to Bearwallow Trails was close and convenient from the house on our ATV’s and enjoyed riding to dinner also on the ATV approved roads. Had a wonderful experience and would come back.

HMT Bearwallow rental

House had great location. Easy to access off main road in town. Easy to access Bearwallow trails. Multiple restaurants, gas stations within one mile. Very clean house.

Very nice home. Easy check in process. Quick response and communication from host. This is one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in. We were in town to visit family for the weekend. Nice location

Wonderful stay.

We had a great stay here. The house is located a mile from one of the entrances to bearwallow and about 10 miles down hanging rock highway to trail 21 to lead you into rock house. No need to trailer to either. We were able to park an 18'(had to unhook) and a 20' trailer, two trucks, and two SxS inside the fence. House was comfortable, a/c worked great, and water pressure for shower was good.

Attention Trail riders….

If you are looking for an amazingly clean place to stay while you go visit the Hatfield and McCoy trail system, this is it!! Clean, friendly neighborhood, trail is a short ride up the road to Peach Creek road, and a great host that provides everything you need! No need to trailer your gear just unload and go! Will definitely be visiting again soon!! Happy Trails—-from O-H-I-O!

Cottage 304

Had an awesome time and place to stay while riding at Hatfield and McCoy trails!! Couldn’t speak highly enough of the cute cottage and thoughtfulness of our host. Opened the door to a clean, comfortable place decorated to make you feel at home even though your far away! Loved the washing machine, toiletries and gated property which were very appreciated during our stay since the options in town were limited and not nearly as secure when you have expensive gear in tow! Can’t speak highly enough about it! Would recommend and stay again!
