Beautiful 2BR 2.5BA Ocean View Condo - The Perfect Beach Getaway!

Welcome to Someplace Good at Sea Place! Beachy and simple, a home away from home with views of the ocean from both balconies! Cozy and comfortable with wood furnishings, inspired design and neutral linens. The warm tones, natural surfaces and local flavors create a unique laid back atmosphere for you to slow down, sleep in and stay longer! This 2 floor condo makes for the perfect beach getaway. Our beach home sleeps up to 6 guests and includes 2.5 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 comfortably - the master bedroom and the second bedroom have queen sized beds and lots of living space! The Living room has a pull out sofa option for 2 more guests. The kitchen comes with cute little touches, including coffee provided through your stay and a variety of beverages chilled in the fridge for your arrival. A selection of games and puzzles are provided for you to enjoy, and both TV's are equipped with cable and Roku streaming devices. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include a private gated beach walkway, access to two pools, tennis, racquetball and basketball courts. A selection of beach supplies are provided for your enjoyment during your stay, including an umbrella, blanket, boogie board, bag, chairs, cart, towels and toys. Spend your days at the beach or pool and then indulge in all of the restaurants, enjoy Anastasia Island or explore historic Downtown St. Augustine right from your door step!

Great Beach Getaway

Just a wonderful experience and probably the best VRBO property we've used. Clean and inviting condo with everything you need for a great vacation. Host was super responsive in booking our next stay here and we had zero issues with the property. The private beach access to beautiful white sands and 2 swimming pools were simply awesome. Two big thumbs up.

Wonderful Experience!

Our family of 4 had a great week at Someplace Good! The condo was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. There were cold drinks in the refrigerator and little snacks/candy for us to enjoy (we learned we really like watermelon taffy). The beds were super comfortable and we all slept great. The pool was nice and beach access was easy. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place!

The condo was lovely and very close to the beach and pool. It was the most well-stocked condo we have ever stayed in, and we very much appreciated the drinks and candy upon arrival. The host was readily available for any questions we had and was very gracious. We had no complaints and would easily recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for an enjoyable vacation!

Someplace Great!

One of the best St Augustine rentals we have ever stayed in! Very clean and inviting. The furniture inside and out is nice and comfortable to relax in after a busy day. Jack and Heidi thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. All the little extras were unexpected and really appreciated! /

Great week by the beach

Lovely place — very comfortable, clean, cozy and well supplied. Best part is being SO close to the beach and ocean — just gorgeous! The unit was perfect for a small family, pleasing kids with pool option and beach toys, plus streaming options and games/puzzles, and pleasing adults with easy walksh to the beach, balcony view of the ocean, well equipped ocean, separate prime bedroom and bath, and lots of nearby amenities (by car). Lovely place!!!

Wonderful

The house was great. Everything was wonderful. Comfortable beds. I loved the private beach access and the pool. My daughter had a blast. We will definitely be back and would love to stay in the same place again. There were beach chairs and a beach bag that was super helpful. I would bring another umbrella if it’s more than two people.

Absolutely Wonderful

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay. The other reviews are exactly right. The condo was so clean and comfortable. There are so many extra little touches that make this place feel homey and relaxing. The owners have thought of everything, right down to blankets, throws, books, puzzles, beach equipment, and even small things like hand soup. You can tell that their heart is really in it. The location to the town, pool, and beach are also ideal. I just got home from the trip and would absolutely book again.

Hidden gem

Absolutely loved this property. Location is ideal - 2 minute walk to the beach with a private gate. 15-20 min drive to downtown st Augustine. Beautifully decorated and lots of space. What was one of the best features were the extra touches from the owners: a beach cart, plenty of towels, small candies near the bed, coffee, my Name on the chalk board, a note, plenty of paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels etc). Their effort didn’t go unnoticed. 10/10 would come back!

Perfect!

This unit was perfect for us. Plenty of room, easy access to pool and beach, and the owners were so nice with all the little extras. My sisters and Mom all stayed in different units at Sea Place and they were all jealous of ours. Decorated to feel like summer/beach vibes, lots of cozy blankets, well stocked kitchen - PLUS - stocked coffee supplies, candy treats, cold drinks (non-alcoholic) waiting in the fridge - it was a wonderful surprise when we arrived. Beds are comfy, showers are great, and great beach buggy to use when heading to the beach.

Relaxing Family Vacay

The condo is in a beautiful spot with a glorious view from the balconies. I took my senior parents and we had a wonderful time! With the beach being so close, we could watch the sunrise and walk to the beach daily. The beach chairs and umbrella need to be replaced (chairs rusty and umbrella broken) , but everything else was amazing! Definitely would recommend and will most likely return.
