Amazing property in Benton Harbor Area

We stayed here for 2 days on a family visit and this place was just perfect. It’s nice cozy place very close to rocky gap beach and silver beach as well as Saint Joseph Downtown. There was a binder with all info about local restaurants!

Quick fishing trip

Great location. We were in town for the holiday weekend to fish for trout and salmon. It was a first time in Michigan. Great area!

Benton Harbor/St. Joseph Trip

First family vacation for us where it was just our family. The house was perfect for us! It was clean, kid friendly, and even had household items and pantry staples! Super close to beautiful beaches and right across the road to a trailhead that you could walk, hike, or bike!

Great place

Was the perfect place to stay. We were in town for my son’s wedding and it was everything we were looking for. Close to town, room to hang out and relax. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived.

Long Weekend Getaway

Our family loved staying here while visiting Michigan for the first time. We loved how close it was to everything (beaches/parks/shopping/etc), only about a 5 minute drive! The house was perfect for our family of 4. Kelly and her husband were great hosts!

Great home away from home

The house is on a very quiet street with east access to the Benton harbor and St Joe attractions. It was super easy to get there, get access, and settle in. The owners were very responsive and the home was very clean.

Home away from home.

Liked the Ranch Style, all on one floor. Plenty for kids to do. Fire pit and wood was an extra bonus. Fenced in yard gave privacy. Not far from beaches. Could have used more than one roll of TP in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were spacious and the deck with a lge table was nice. We enjoyed the big yard. TP

Quaint and clean house close to everything

This was a great getaway house. It was clean, well put together, and close to everything we wanted to do. The Pac-Man arcade was a great touch and our kids loved playing in the fenced in backyard. Owner communicated well and all was as advertised. We will be back!

Perfect location!

This was our 2nd year staying at this property and we loved it again. The owner is so communicative and, while we didn’t have any issues, I have no doubt that response time would be very prompt if a guest needed something. We’ve been coming to the St. Joseph area for 6 years now and this house is ideal in location and space for us. The place is cute, clean, and stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. We hope to return again one day!

The kids were obsessed with the trail bike the house. They rode their balance bikes up and down on it and had a blast!

This home was meticulously clean and beautifully decorated. The bedding was very nice and the allergen-proof covers on the mattresses and pillows are lovely touch. AC and appliances worked great. The neighborhood felt safe and was a very easy drive to St. Joe's. Would choose it again!

Great location!

A total of 5 out of towners (most out of state) came together for a girls weekend. House was cute with 3 bedrooms, fenced in yard. Downside was the oven was a very small (the one sheet pan at house didn’t fit), bedding was comfortable/mattresses a bit on the soft side, couldn’t get away of musty smell and small bugs in bathroom but could be a singular issue with pump. That being said, communication with owner was good, location was GREAT. Less than 10 min drive to downtown St. Joe, on bike/walking trail. Even closer to Jean Klock Park and rocky beach/park. I would consider staying again. Thank you.

Beach vacay

We were looking forward to spending time in St. Joseph and Sliver Beach. This location was ideal for that. Quiet neighborhood. Less than ten minutes from the town and beach. House functions well and accommodated most of our needs. Having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus. However, I am a clean freak and had a few issues. Though the house presents well, the biggest issue we had were several earwigs in both bathrooms and the kitchen. Quite unnerving! We were startled as they were found in and around the toilets, in bathroom and kitchen counter tops. Also, falling from hanging washcloths, towels and clothing in the bathroom. My husband, granddaughter and myself ran out of the four rolls of toilet paper by the fourth morning. It seems an ample amount should have been provided. Mixed feelings on this rental that’s why I couldn’t give it a five.

Wonderful week

We had a fantastic trip and really enjoyed our accommodations. The space was perfect for our family. The home was very clean and a short drive to all the action. We also enjoyed many fires out back at the end of the day. We will be back!
