Remote, Modern, Cozy Cabin on 12 acres; Only 2.5 Miles from Traveler's Rest!

Our newly renovated (1 bedroom/1 loft/2 bath/sleeps 6) cozy cabin sits on 12 acres and feels remote, but is only 2.5 miles from downtown Travelers Rest. It is just minutes from the Swamp Rabbit Trail, numerous state parks, endless shopping opportunities, family (and dog) friendly eating establishments, well-known breweries, wineries, distilleries, and meaderies (yes, mead!). Our closest town, Travelers Rest (TR as the locals call it) is an up-and-coming gem in the heart of Greenville County's most beautiful travel and adventure destinations. Only 15 minutes away is Greenville, SC--one of the most beautiful and cleanest cities in Blue Ridge Country. A little farther north (45 minutes) is Asheville, NC, home of the Biltmore Estate and Winery. Drive a short distance to endless hiking and biking trails, river rafting, skiing, tubing, other quaint towns, and more!
You may not even want to leave the 12-acre property with trails, outdoor games, hammocks, a stream, a fire pit, indoor games, puzzles, crafts, books, DVDs, internet TV, WIFI, and more! Plus, an updated kitchen with brand new appliances, quartz countertops, and country-chic dishware and utensils. If you like to cook, we've got what you need, if you don't, food is just a phone call or short drive away!
Bringing some Littles along? We have a baby gate, children's books, games, and crafts.
Bringing your fur baby along (20 lbs. or less dog)? We have a kennel, bed, blankets, rugs, towels, long leash, toys, a brush, and bowls just for them.
Even though it feels far away, you don't need a 4-wheel drive to get here, any vehicle will do. Uber and Lyft are available from either the Asheville or Greenville/Spartanburg airport; it is a 30-45 min. drive, appx. $50-$80 ride share fee. But, we do recommend a car if you want to explore the many hiking trails, Greenville, Greer and other outlying towns.
When you're not here, we are, so we have designed it to be the quaint retreat that we all need it to be. Take a deep breath, rest, relax, and rejuvenate. Enjoy TR Retreat!
