Norris Cottage Unit A is set on a picturesque street in the heart of the quaint village of St. Mary's, Georgia. The property is a duplex and Unit A is at the front of the property. Although the unit is small, its space is used quite efficiently. Guests can expect two lovely bedrooms, a cozy living area, a kitchen and bathroom. There is a small patio for outdoor dining and two adult bikes are provided for easy exploring. Pups are always welcome for a small additional fee.
The home is cute and cozy. It's close to downtown and the restaurants only a couple of blocks away from the Cumberland Island ferry. We were able to ride our bike everywhere we went.
The cottage was perfect for two friends traveling together. The location is great for walking, in a nice quiet night near the ferry dock and restaurants. I really liked the small town of St. Mary's.
Enjoyed our stay. Home was as described. It was clean, well stocked and in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the water and downtown St Maryâs.
We stayed at the Cottage on Norris unit A. This pet friendly cozy cottage was perfect for us and our mini dachshund. The beds are comfortable and the cottage was well maintained. Communication with the owner was always friendly. I highly recommend this cottage!
We had an awesome couple of days at this house and would definitely stay here again! The communication was excellent, and the house had everything that we needed. It was close to downtown St. Mary's, and walkable to most everything. We really enjoyed our stay!
Adorable cottage cozy, clean great location walking distance to down town. Quiet neighborhood. Property manager checked in to make sure all was well. Wonderful stay.
Nice getaway for my son & his wife. They really enjoyed their stay at this downtown cottage! They said it was perfect! We were glad to find a pet friendly place!!
This property is perfect. It's quiet and has all the amenities of home. It's a convenient walk downtown, but is tucked away if you want to be away from the weekend bustle. The neighborhood is lovely and the locals take care of the City of Saint Marys.
The 2 bedroom cottage was perfect for me and my 2 married friends to visit St Mary. They stayed in the queen bed room and me in the twin room. Really cute fenced in patio on the side and a separate covered front porch as well (we kept our bikes there while it rained). Great location for biking around St Mary and also taking the ferry to Cumberland Island!
My sister and I decided to do a little getaway and wanted to do âsmall townsâ. This was the absolute perfect place to start. The house was perfect for us in locations, size and comfort! The hosts were amazing. I have already recommended it to several people.
My hubby and I no longer stay in hotels when we travel because our pup will bark at every strange noise. We were so happy to find a pet friendly cottage to stay in on our way to Florida. The 2 night minimum is perfect for us seniors who can only stand being on the road for 8 hrs at most! The beds are comfortable so you can get a great nights sleep! The neighbors in the other half of the duplex were great! We're staying here again on our return visit! Communication with Chris (the owner) was top notch!
We stayed 2 nights, myself and my 18 & 20 year old daughters, in July 2023. The cottage is just perfect - cozy, clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. St Mary's is just charming, quiet and quaint. We took the ferry to Cumberland Seashore and enjoyed our visit fully. Highly recommend and plan to return.
The property was described perfectly. The fact that they allow cats is a huge bonus. The owners were very easy to contact. They were extremely nice and cooperative. Really nice people. The town is awesome. The restaurants are phenomenal. We cannot wait to go back.
Hello.....this is a newly purchased property!! We have been owners and hosts in the beautiful city of St. Augustine for over a decade. However, as it became more and more crowded we longed for a quiet, peaceful location. We found St Marys to be lovely....quaint and picturesque. My husband, Chris, and I love to travel and explore new places. We love old homes, history and sharing that with others!!
