Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for staying with us. We're glad to hear the room was clean — our housekeeping team works hard to make sure every guest starts with a fresh space. This property is a historic hotel that was converted into individually owned studio units. We appreciate your honest feedback and hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future. If you ever have any questions before booking, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Weekend getaway

This place was as advertised. It was small but had what we needed. The view was nice. Parking was tight, but we made it work.

The biggest disappointment was finding out there was no closet when we got there, and also no freezer for ice. Both the front door and the porch door need oiling, very squeaky. Could not get the TV to work properly, could get it on, but could not get the volume controlled. The bathroom could use some work, not up to par with the rest of the condo.

Beautiful view

The condo was clean with comfortable beds. Had everything you needed. The parking is my only complaint. There was enough parking, just how people put cones in their spaces so they get the same space seemed a little childish. I would list designated parking is a thing there. It was full but really quiet inside and out. Near restaurants and shopping. Would return. Thank you.

BreakAway property mgr not very accommodating and accusatory

I reported to property mgr of missing tv box and she was short with me and implied I may have done something and that it was first she was hearing of this. Suggested I look under the bed and in closet for the box. Not helpful or friendly..

I loved the screened porch! The property was well kept, my big issue was hot water. The ice machine was also broken. When I arrived the bathroom faucet was loose. This was fixed. The plumber arrived and was able to fix the faucet, but not the hot water. I was able to get almost hot water from the kitchen and bathroom sink, but not from the shower. It didn't matter what time of day I took a shower. The property owner tried working with me and offered me another place to stay, but I didn't want to move with a couple of days left. You can also hear the TV next door, so I was glad to be on an end unit.

Great location, but…

The Ice Machine was out of order and the office wasn’t open and there was no one to contact in regards to that. You should tell future tenants that when they want to use the game room that they have to

Great location and view, but…

We really enjoyed the fact that the unit was right in front of the lake. It’s a very nice lake. However the unit was quite small even for two people there was no place in the kitchenette to put food or other things. Also we didn’t appreciate at all was the dirty dishes left that were oily and one was special- it was left with food scraps. It’s unacceptable that whoever cleans that left it there without verifying. It was disgusting which made me doubts about the cleanliness of the place. Also there was kitchenware missing which after complaint the manager kindly brought us new ones. In addition, the shower cabin was not inviting at all to take a shower and needs to be updated and cleaned from the red fungus. So that why I didn’t give 5 stars. On another note don’t rent through Vrbo it’s a horrible service that charged us 3x commissions for payments that didn’t go through and it took 5 calls and 4 weeks to resolve.
