This home has PRIORITY POOL access available, which provides you entrance to all 8 country club pools in The Villages. Plus you will have entry to other upscale amenities like championship golf courses, bocce courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, happy hours, dog run and organized activities.

The home features a furnished lanai with attached covered NEW deck with Gas Grill and seating overlooking the golf course. Enjoy the close by Orange Blossom Hills Country Club or take a short golf cart ride to Spanish Springs Town Square and take in the nightly free entertainment.

Fairly new to VRBO but NOT new to hosting. We have privately hosted and can provide previous tenant references. We respect our guest's tenancy and are not intrusive, however if you have any issues or questions we are responsive to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. We look forward to hosting your next getaway to The Villages.

The outdoor space is amazing plus Great Location in The Villages. Home has a golf course view. The people in this community are so friendly and helpful. The Orange Blossom Country Club Pool is so much fun. Only accessible with Priority Pool Membership. Priority Pool is a perk you don't find with many rentals because it's an extra annual membership cost . Within 1 mile there are 2 additional pools, a recreation center & the Spanish Spring Square. 0.5 miles off of 441/27 - giving you easy quick access to grocery, Lowes, shopping, etc. Start your fun immediately by pre-ordering groceries before you arrive for pick up or delivery. Clean and well maintained.
