I have to admit, you were one of the best tenants we’ve ever had. My cleaning called me to say that this was the cleanest unit she’s ever had to clean. Thank you so much for staying at our Village home and you are welcome back anytime. I’m sorry your stay was so horrible. I have never had complaints like this before. I’m speaking the truth. I think you were just trying to get your money back. Seems like you were grasping for reasons to get out of the contract. You had first written to me that you felt that you had carbon monoxide poisoning From the gas Golf Cart. I offered to have the fire company come and do an air test as well as a technician come out and check the golf cart. you had the fire company come at 10:35 PM . I have the report which cleared everything. I also have since had an air duct cleaner come in and there is no mold. The only thing that I can think of with your allergies is that you rented a pet friendly unit . So there could be a possibility that you are allergic to pet dander . and yes, I did charge you extra for cleaning. You left dishes in the sink ,bed linens all over the floor and urine in the toilet. From the very first day you entered the unit you had complaints. The first one was there was no hot water, however that was resolved by the handyman that I had sent in .his response to me was there were two faucets And you didn’t know which faucet to use. You complained about the fan making too much noise and told my handyman that you had a sensitivity to noise .so he tightened that up as well. good day and I wish the next person that you rent from doesn’t have to go through this.
