The 10 beds in the five bedrooms, and two-and-a-half baths, are equipped with complimentary clean linens. The big kitchen is furnished with modern appliances, and there's a washer/dryer combo. In warmer weather, we'll turn on the brand-new window AC units early, so you won't have to wait for cool comfort. For important business that can't wait, there's even a dedicated work space here. The TV comes with some free channels, and there's Wifi Internet (bring your Roku!) throughout the guest house, too.

Rates and Policies:

Primary booking individual must be a minimum of 25 years old.
In times of heavy rainfall, a vehicle with high clearance may be necessary to cross the creek.
The house accommodates up to 15 guests. The base rate covers 4 guests, and each additional guest is $20 per person, per day. We use a flexible pricing model, which means smaller groups pay less, making the home more affordable while still allowing larger groups to enjoy the space.
Children are warmly welcomed.
Provision of three RV spots available (fees may apply).
Pet-friendly accommodation allowing a maximum of three pets at a rate of $15 per pet per day.
Potential discounts on pet fees for longer-term stays.
