Clean and right on the beach

What a great property! The parking is gated and the property is right on the beach with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Super clean with a good selection of cookwear, extra blankets, and little touches to make your stay a good one. Bring your beach towels!

Weekend getaway

The property was wonderful! We had an ocean view from the bedroom. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins. The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

great place to get away on vacation with your partner or family, we dont have kids anymore, all grown up, so me and my wife had a great time. we only used one bedroom of the two bedrooms, but we each had our own restroom, really nice place to stay. i defenetly recommend it.

Senior year trip!

Room was a perfect size for me (17), my bestie, and my dad! It was right on the beach and easy access to the pool and other amenities. Only thing I would advise is that they don’t restock supplies for have to have your own trash bags and washing powders. Loved it!!

We had a great time

Love the building, pool, beach access, beach staff, beach set up. Condo was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Really smooth check in/check out procedures. Kitchen well stocked. Mattress was uncomfortable for me (not for my spouse) and the living room furniture was not comfortable, but we are tall.

Property is located perfectly along the main strip. Can walk to a couple eateries and just short drive to others. Condo was not crowded, and everything was clean and in good working order. Truly enjoyed the stay.

Overall Great Experience!

Awesome place that isn’t quite as busy as the neighboring properties. Clean, easy to navigate the check in process. Only downside was that people smoke on the back patio, which can be a little much if they are close.

Amazing Condo - Great Location

Had a "granddaughters" trip with twin 14 year olds - very nice condo; true to marketing; well stocked kitchen; comfortable beds. Amazing Location!!! Only issue was the tv's - one in bedroom kept losing its cable connection and the tv in living room was very difficult to operate with the universal remote. Manager was quick to respond - remote batteries changed out, however process for using was still frustrating. Minor issue for sure - would stay here again if we return to Destin!!!

GREAT STAY

I took my 16-year-old daughter to Destin for her birthday since she wanted to stay on the beach. We arrived late in the evening and used the directions emailed to me to find and enter the apartment. We were blown away by the place and view from the balcony. The apartment was wonderful, but it was the weather that did not cooperate with us. It rained the entire time we were there for Labor Day. The hurricane that hit Florida the week before still had the weather acting up. Besides mother nature not working with us the apartment was great. I will be booking another stay in the future.

Needs updates

We stayed the last week of July 2023. The location and view are wonderful. When we checked in, we started unpacking and went to the grocery store. When we arrived back at the condo, the refrigerator was not cooling. I sent a message to the number provided and did not receive a reply until the next morning. We lost half of the groceries we bought. My son slept on the pull out couch. The mattress was as this as paper and ready for the trash. I sent a message to the number asking for anything to provide my son a decent nights sleep. I never received a message back. The furniture is in need of updating and have stains on the furniture, decorative pillows, and rugs. Also, the TV in the second bedroom did not work and the toilet had issues with flushing multiple times due to the broken chain. For the amount of money I expected much more!
