Port View Surprise is a newly built and tastefully furnished 2nd-floor condo located literally a 5-minute walk to the Boat Harbor and Roberts Point Park to fish, dine, and/or watch the ships. Inside you'll find an open floorplan that's accommodating, yet intimate with vibrant coastal décor carried throughout. The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa (w/Full-size sleeper) and matching armchairs made for relaxing and watching TV. The kitchen is fully furnished with new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, Keurig and Drip coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Savor your meals at the modern dining table or at the bar. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the island breeze. Retreat to the master suite with a King-size bed, nightstands, seating, and a large smart TV (as well as a surprise view of the Ferry Landing and Ship Channel). The full bathroom includes a new tub/shower and a separate large vanity area with a sink. The utility area has a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The condo is very close to the private community pool, hot tub, and grilling area. You'll be happy that many of the best shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance, with others only ~ 0.5 miles away.

The condo was very nice for the two of us. It was nicely decorated, clean, nice kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience for our first visit to Port Aransas.

Cute and clean!
We had a great stay on Port Aransas over memorial day weekend. This property was cute, clean, and updated. The complex didn’t feel too crowded, even on a busy weekend, and was in a great and convenient location in relation to everything on the island.

Weekend Getaway
The place was amazing! Definitely will be booking again, only complaint was the downstairs neighbor, that came knocking on our door this morning complaining for “sounding like we were moving furniture” even though we were vacuuming sand off the floors! Other than that it was a wonderful stay 🤗

Quiet retreat
I needed a quiet place for work and relaxation, and this place was perfect. The condo was spotless, nicely furnished, and well maintained. If I had found time I would have rented a bike for an easy ride to the beach, but driving and parking was no problem. The WiFi was strong and stable. The cookware was great. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Great condo!
Clean, spacious and like new interior with great color flow. Big enough to offer separation if want to utilize as a 2’bdrm. Stocked kitchen and w&d in unit. Would 100% return. My daughter and I had a great time!

Nice spot
Over all great, stayed with wife and 2 kids. 5 and 6... very nice had problems w microwave and drier , I called they did offer to come out same day. Things like you can expect. Over all family enjoyed

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property management team communicated effectively before our arrival, providing all necessary details. The area and house felt safe. However, the space was a bit small for our family of four, and it may not suit families with older children, though we managed with our young kids.We gave four stars for a few reasons. While not major issues for all travelers, they were inconvenient for us. The property wasn’t clean enough to walk barefoot comfortably, but when we informed Steve, he responded promptly. We requested pest control to spray while we were out, but they arrived after we returned, though the technician was very friendly. The coffee machine was provided, but no coffee or supplies were included, which was unexpected as we’ve never had to bring our own coffee or laundry detergent supplies when traveling.Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
