Spacious Unobstructed Ocean View 3rd Floor Condo With Garage

***Note: The building sustained damage from the recent hurricanes. Our unit required only the removal of about 24" H of drywall at the bottom of each side of the balcony sliding door. After commercial remediation, it is mold—and moisture-free. Ongoing repairs to the roof and re-coating of the east exterior wall are planned as soon as contracts and materials are available.

Our beach condo is located in beautiful Ormond- by-the-Sea, a quiet mostly residential area of scenic Hwy A1A fronting the Atlantic Ocean. The clean uncrowded no-drive reddish sand beach is easily accessed by beach stairs only a few steps directly across the road. We supply towels, a beach cart, chairs, an umbrella, and a small cooler for your beach enjoyment. Winter visitors will enjoy golfing, hiking, birding, exploring the area, shelling, and any other activity you are drawn to.
The condominium complex itself is well maintained and our residents are friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool is popular year-round for summer swimming and winter sunning and making new friends.

Our cozy home offers spectacular views of the ever-changing ocean. You will enjoy beautiful sunrises east over the ocean and stunning sunsets west from the walkway. The balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee while planning your day or reading. Also, you can see the lift-offs from Cape Canaveral as they go in a northeast trajectory. This area is a breeding ground for Right whales and you will see them with their calves during winter months along with dolphins and captivating colorful kiteboarders. Don't discount the storms rolling in with striking cloud formations of light and dark and the following, often double, rainbows.

You will enter this beach home via our smart lock coded uniquely for you. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the closet to your right so you may pack light.

The comfortable queen guest room has a lovely large window with light flooding in during the day, comfortable bedding, a ceiling fan, and closet. The guest bath just next door serves this room and has a full-size shower.

If you enjoy eating in, you will appreciate the kitchen's ample counter space, large refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, smooth top range, microwave, dishwasher, and pantry for storage. We have added a crockpot, mixer, blender, and InstaPot for your enjoyment and convenience. A good supply of cookware and dishware is provided. Our dining table fits neatly into the living area, has a butterfly leaf for extension, and seats four comfortably. All kitchen linens are provided.

We added a desk and office chair for your convenience, free wifi is provided to you.

In the living area, a sofa with comfy pillows and throws offers a place to watch the large-screen TV if you lose the race to the recliner! We recently replaced our windows with hi-impact 4-pane glass and continued updating the home with vinyl plank flooring, new furniture, accessories, bedding, and new ceiling fans.

The relaxing master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with season-appropriate bedding, a TV to view from the bed, and a recliner tucked into the corner. This room has plenty of storage and a walk-in closet. It has a bathroom with a combo tub/shower and a spacious vanity. It is a light and airy room with two ocean views and a comfortable environment for resting at night.

We are fortunate to offer a garage to protect your vehicle from damaging salt air. The beach chairs and cart are stored here as well.

Our location is midway to Flager Beach, a bit farther to Palm Coast for shopping or dining, north to Marineland or a day trip to historic St. Augustine. South of us about 6 miles is Ormond Beach, then Daytona Beach, the speedway, shopping, dining, or a day trip to Cape Canaveral. Many guests take a full day to visit one of the Orlando parks. There are many options also for hiking, North Penninsula State Park is about 4 miles north, and exploring Ormond's historical sites or most any interesting activities you enjoy is available.

Lovely Condo as advertised.

Had a bit of a misunderstanding getting the code to enter the condo, but the condo was perfect for our needs. We arrived during bike week (first week of March)which was a bit too noisy for us, but the rest of our stay way fine.

Very nice condo and the view was magnificent

Judy and Jark were only a text or phone call away if we needed anything. The condo had anything and everything you need. We enjoyed watching all the things going on in the ocean. Surfers, swimmers, kite surfing, dolphins, and watching the space launches were amazing. Sad we didn’t get to see the whales but the shrimp boats and barges going by made up for it. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful condo in a great location

This condo is darling! Great views of the beach. Wake up to crashing waves of the ocean. Nice balcony with a view that overlooks the road and the beach. Just a very short walk to the beach. The condo is very nicely decorated. An abundant amount of towels, sheets, and basically anything you could need. The kitchen is very well stocked. The garage has plenty of beach equipment to use. Owners are very available by phone and quick to help if needed. It is a quiet complex with very sweet neighbors and felt very safe. Pool onsite. The beds are very comfortable. Easy access to the apartment right off the elevator. Overall, a great and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Jark and I have both been retired now for several years,  Jark from Kimberly Clark research, and Judy as an RN.   We very much enjoy spending time at our beach home. The rest of the time we offer it to you and many others we have met over the past 19 years.  We personally manage rental of our condo and are available to you during your rental period for questions or problems that you may encounter.

 We have been coming to Ormond by Sea since 2002  and bought here because we appreciate the restfulness of this area and the accessibility for anything we might want to do.  Living in Marietta, GA presently,  you can imagine that when we cross over the inter-coastal bridge on Hwy 100 into Flagler Beach we feel a sense of calm as we've left the bustle of the city and its care behind for the time we're here.

It is satisfying to share our home with others and offer them that same feeling of peace while they are here.  Others seek access to the tourist destinations our location in the "Golden Triangle" offers (Orlando Parks, St Augustine and Cape Canaveral), enjoy the beach days, but at day's end, the ocean and its soothing surf and ever-changing mood are here.

We're glad you've come and we offer our most warm welcome.  We've tried to think of the most important as well as the smallest things to make your visit comfortable and memorable.  We look forward to your comments and suggestions.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We were blessed to find this gem as it offered a garage (important because of the damaging salty air), and extra storage. This condo also is one of a few in the building offering more square footage. We appreciate the larger kitchen and living areas. It is so convenient just off the elevator which offers some protection from wind and storms, the third-floor location gives us great ocean views and insulation from the heat, cold.
We also like to travel and have taken advantage of our location to explore the area and take cruises out of Port Everglades, day trips to Orlando, St Augustine for example.
Lastly, we have enjoyed this friendly community and have made lifelong friends here as well as the Ormond Beach area and all that it offers.
