We had a wonderful spring break at this property. Close to Lauderdale by the sea. My sons loved riding the bikes to the beach. The pool is amazing and the host is very attentive. We will definitely be back to this location.

Great for families

Great location that is close to beach, shopping and restaurants. The kids loved the pool and the bikes. Property manager was very responsive.

Great respite

Beautiful setting right on a canal. Kids loved the pool. House was exactly as described—roomy and comfortable. Great family time.

Loved pretty much everything about the property except for the several big cockroaches we encountered .

Beautiful Home and Location!!!

Gorgeous house located in a very good area near Fort Lauderdale by the Sea. The property has ample space for our group of 10. The views are amazing, and the pool is splendid. Would recommend and will be returning. The host responded and attended to our needs very quickly.

Very pleased with the condition and location

Everything was wonderful. It was clean, supplied enough amenities to get started, perfect location. There were a couple of hitches but the management company addressed these minor issues immediately. Great vacation!

Fabulous graduation celebration

Our family of seven enjoyed our stay as we celebrated my daughter’s graduation last weekend. We lazed in the pool and fished in the canal. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The neighborhood was charming and the neighbors were friendly. Great stay!

Family vacation

The property was a nice location, easy 1 mile bike ride to the beach and fun to have 4 bikes available. Lots to do at Lauderdale by the Sea and also enjoyable to relax by the pool. We were disappointed at the cleanliness of the kitchen and the beds could use an update, but overall the house worked well for our group.

Great home close to the beach. Great view. Pool heater wasn't working and the dishwasher didn't totally clean and dry. Overall a great home for large families and would stay there again.

Special Day

House was very clean. Loved sitting in the yard with family and having a private pool. Had a minor issue that was resolved within hours. Great response time and very attentive. If we have a chance to be in South Florida again will definitely stay. Thanks for adding to our incredible weekend.

Family Time

We had plenty of room for our group of nine and the young people enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock, as well as being a bike ride away from the beach. Lars, the property manager, was always super responsive prior and during of stay as he sent a repair man out to fix the hot water heater when notified. Thanks Lars

Fabulous Girls Trip

Stayed at the house with 8 women - it was the perfect size for all of us. The pool and view were fantastic, very peaceful. The house was very clean, and the table was set when we arrived which made it look so welcoming. There were two living areas and of course 5 bedrooms. There was a starter pack of items such as shampoo and soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent. All my questions were answered within a few hours. The property was within walking distance to many places, but we also took Ubers, which were always within 2-3 min. away. We will definitely return to this house in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed 2 months this winter at the home. I must say that the property management goup are so helpful and efficient. The house itself is a great layout but I feel the owner should do some upgrades on the house. The walls, baseboards and doors need a coat of paint because they are so dirty and scuffed up. The outside patio needs some repair work because there is a miss match of tiles and alot of broken tiles. The kitchen needed some more pots and utensils but I purchased them and then took them home with me. The view is so peaceful and the neighborhood is great.

Reviewer Comments: It lacked a lot of stuff in the kitchen (it would also be nice to know in the description what type of coffee maker is present so guests can bring their own coffee since the place doesn't offer any), some of the pocket doors do not provide a lot of privacy (to bedroom OR shared bathroom). Beautiful house, great location, beautiful backyard but don't plan on eating at the house unless you bring your own kitchen stuff.
