Nestled just steps from the beach within a resort brimming with amenities, our spot is perfect for individuals, couples, and very small families looking to unwind and rejuvenate.

Discover the charm of our cozy studio, complete with a balcony offering breathtaking views of both the Gulf and Mobile Bay. It's an ideal spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine while taking in the stunning surroundings.

Booking our studio condo requires guests to be at least 25 years old and provide a valid photo ID upon reservation. We maintain a pet-free policy to ensure a tranquil environment for all guests, contributing to a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Whether you're seeking relaxation by the shore, exploring the resort's amenities, or simply soaking in the natural beauty around you, our studio condo provides a perfect beachside escape tailored for your comfort and enjoyment. Vacation getaway

The condo is good for couples who are needing to get away. This was the first time staying in Fort Morgan, but we enjoyed it, not as crowded and people were very friendly. There is a restaurant Sassy Bass that is beach front right inside the condo on ground floor. We would come back in the future and stay again.

Peaceful place to stay, but close to gulf shores

They have everything you need in the property! There were plenty of towels, dishes, and blankets. Being near the Sassy Bass restaurant and bar is super nice. The beach is right there to walk up to and the pools are great if you don’t feel like being in the ocean. The bed was comfy, and we loved just relaxing and watching a movie in bed in the evenings. The owners are super nice and easy to work with! Would stay again!

Wonderful Weekend Get Away

This condo is wonderful! The condo is clean and looks exactly as shown in the pictures. I had to work remotely one of the days we were there and the wifi was great. Beautiful views of the ocean and the bay. It was nice having different pools to choose from and the Sassy Bass Restaurant on site was great! Not having to drive somewhere when we wanted to eat was super convenient and made the trip more relaxing! Would definitely recommend this condo for a couples weekend!

A much needed rest

The condo was spotless. The view was amazing. Communication from the owners was great. We had absolutely no problems. The beach was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for better weather during our stay. Definitely will and already have recommended it to others. Perfect for a couple’s getaway.

Cozy Beach Condo!

The condo was a little small for 3 people but we spent most of the time outdoors so it didn't bother us. I would definitely recommend for a couple! Perfect distance to the beach! The restaurant down stairs had great food and drinks! Very nice place with friendly people. The only downside is that you are told to keep the thermostat on 72 during the day and 70 at night. We prefer to sleep in the cold but that's our preference. We will definitely be returning!!

I only didn’t give 5 stars on everything bc we thought it was closer to gulf shores and it wasn’t. That’s okay, it wasn’t a huge deal! The balcony seemed bigger in pictures but overall it was a great stay. It’s perfect for a couple wanting to get away. Wish our stay would’ve been longer. Ann was wonderful at getting back to me and very quick with her responses which is a huge plus to me!

Don’t expect the facilities to be available

The indoor and outdoor pool were closed the entire stay. I think the outdoor pool was open half of one day. The elevators smell like pee. The hallways are dark. The condo itself had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. And the owners are kind of demanding. The entire hot tub room is busted up concrete. Great view.

Kitty, We are so sorry to hear your experience did not live up to those of our other guests. We messaged you a couple of times during your stay asking if all was well or if you had questions or concerns, but heard nothing. We wish you would have let us know you were unhappy. Yes, the hot tubs are the last Amenity post-hurricane to be addressed. Parts have been hard to get so we are getting new tubs in. If you had let me know, I could have directed you to the outdoor ones. Upon entering the place after your stay, no smells or other issues, save the missing Amenity wristbands (for which you were later charged), were noted. Finding and reporting issues immediately would have allowed us to get someone out to take care of things. We hope you have a great time next time you come to the Gulf.

Quick trip

We enjoyed our stay in Ft. Morgan. The building was very clean and well-maintained. The elevators were quick and readily available and there were carts to make getting stuff in/out easy. The only downside to the building was the stench of weed in the morning that was in the hallway. The unit is as described and had everything we needed. It was small, but totally fine for just the two of us. It is a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed coffee/breakfast/lunch on the balcony. The unit is off the main drag in Gulf Shores, which is why we picked it - we enjoy a less busy area. It's a farther drive to get to restaurants but worth it! The owners were super responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely come back when we are in Ft. Morgan again!!

Best beach spot

This spot has such an amazing view of the gulf and the bay!! This unit is small, but its perfect for a couple or family with 1-2 small kids (couch pulls into a bed). The entire building, and surrounding ones are definitely family focused. There's a small spot to eat on the ground floor, with some amazing staff and food just as great. It's a short walk from the room to the beach. There's a boardwalk with 2 showers close to the buildings, and a hose to rinse your feet closer to the sand. The outdoor pool was open, the fitness center was also - there is coin laundry machines on the first floor if you need it. The only two things I was bummed about were.. the amenities provided in the listing are accurate, but this is a resort style listing, so it's one towel each one roll of Toilet Tissue, one garbage bag... which for a short stay is MORE than enough for two people, but would be nice to be forewarned if this is a first visit, or if you are planning on a budget. The other was having to purchase a guest pass/parking pass as an additional charge- again its not super expensive, but could add up if you have a large group. We met some great people and are already planning to visit again next year with some more friends and family. The host of this unit was so helpful, reached out with helpful information several times before we were even scheduled to arrive, checked in with us after we arrived to see if anything needed attention. Or if we needed help with anything, and sent a reminder before our last day with check out instructions. This was by far one of the best places we have stayed, and can't wait to book again

Cozy!!

Small studio unit but very cozy and comfy. Really feels quite homey! The hosts have definitely used the small space well. Kitchen is tiny but has everything you'll need, k cup coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender and all untenils.. The only thing missing was spices so if you plan on making homemade dishes bring some seasonings with you! The view is terrific, entering and exiting both the unit and property is a breeze. You have your own board walk to the beach along with showers/hoses to rinse yourself and any beach equipment off with. Another HUGE PLUS is the bar and grill on the ground floor in same building, we honestly didn't even buy food/drinks anywhere else haha. The servers and friendly and go above and beyond to make any drink you order if they have the ingredients to do it. When we come back to this beach we will definitely be staying here again. Oh and on the left side of the board walk is a water sports rental area (with lifeguards on duty until 4pm) if you're on the fence about doing it- DO IT! It was so much fun, just make sure to reserve ahead of time (check the wind speed of the day you are planning to go out so you don't have to deal with choppy water- anything under 12mph and it'll be a breeze- pun intended). The busy times are weekdays, it's easiest to get a rental on the spot if you rent on the weekends. All in all we had a grand time celebrating my 26th bday here just me and my fiance- it was absolutely perfect for us!

Great Place

Room was perfect for the two of us. Location was good. Close to golf and restaurants. Being on 8th floor gave us great views of sunrise. Unthought of advantage was that the 2 elevators were very efficient. Never had long wait going up or down! Would stay here again!

We are owners who love the Beach and the Gulf Shores/Ft Morgan area. It is a wonderful place for us to unwind and get away from life for awhile!
We live in Atlanta so we are not on site while you use our place. We are always available by phone and messaging, though. We have day jobs and are making forays into empty nesting. Our 2 dogs are our constant companions when we work from home.
Joel is in banking and loves photography and building things. Ann likes reading, walks, and time with friends.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a quiet family oriented resort with less bustle and more fishing and sunning. Long beach walks in the morning and evening are Ann's favorite!

We have beach property next to our resort that cannot be developed, keeping our area relaxed and less crowded.
