We felt right at home! The pool was warm and clean the hotub as well beds super comfortable perfect for our family alarms on the doors so the kids can't go out to the pool on accident.

Host was very attentive and helpful.We arrived to town earlier than expected and wanted to book the extra day, if available. The host took care of it asap and made the adjustment seamless.The heated pool was incredible. We truly appreciated the enclosed pool, hot tub, patio area.We were able to enjoy the outdoor area without bugs!

Your "family" removed our smoke detectors that we found by the pool,. Stained quilts with PAINT, SMOKED WEED in the house, rolling papers on the counter, left ashes in BEDS and on our FURNITURE. ANIMALS act better. POS. They thought by purchasing 10 air fresheners it would mask the smell. Guess what it didn't. This was a horrible experience for us. You disrespected our home and we had to file a damage claim. Take your business and weed smoking sh&t elsewhere. 3rd party bookings aren't allowed so you will be held liable for damages. DISGUSTING

Great place to stay

Great place to stay! Very clean and modern. Easy check in and check out, plenty of good quality toilet paper and linens, multiple smart TVs. Pool was very clean and warm, no issues with anything. Beds and linens comfortable. No strange or odd requests from the host regarding rules or cleanup. Welcome basket was a great touch containing new in package items we might need for our trip!

Great stay overall. Wonderful pool and spa and accommodations were super comfortable. Did notice several pests in the window, but it’s Florida so I guess that’s just the way it goes. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us. I’d suggest it to anyone.

Perfect for family

We had a great stay here, just minutes to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. All amenities were perfect and there’s a grocery store not far too away. Beds were comfortable and the additional space with extra bed was perfect for our teenager. The ONLY thing I would change would be some simple shelves above the master bathroom toilet to store toiletries and maybe some towel hooks but that is not a complaint just a suggestion! We absolutely loved it here and would stay again when returning to Tampa.

A++++, Property as described!

Enjoyed every minute of our stay . Property was as described , clean and close to Busch Gardens. Pool and hot tub were clean and in perfect working order as described. Would stay here again and would recommend. Great communication with host and easy check in and out process. **This is not a negative remark at all , more informative - The thermostat is controlled from a remote location and can not be adjusted (it is kept on a comfortable setting ) but if your like me ( my ac stays on 65-68 and I sleep with a fan on ) then it is jut good information to know. The only two rooms that have ceiling fans are the two guest/bedrooms and the bonus room has an ac you can adjust . AGAIN, this is not a complaint or a negative remark. There may have been fans on the premises as I did not even reach out to the host in regards to this. It was a pleasant temperature but as a personal preference ONLY , I will bring a fan next time . YES , when we return to Tampa I will inquire to stay at this property first as again , it was an A++++ experience. Book it ! You will have no regrets :)

It was ok. Could’ve been worse, but also could’ve been better

We chose this place to stay for our family trip for a Buccs game before Christmas! Cleanliness I rated a 4 because the Pool and surrounding area was full of leaves and there wasn’t an outdoor broom around to sweep them away. The ‘book’ says someone cleans the pool every Wednesday, but what good is that if we don’t get in until Friday? Makes no sense to me. The inside was clean and we kept it that way upon departure. We didn’t make the beds up because they’d be stripped for cleaning. We took our trash to the bins regularly, as we would at home. The hot tub was ice cold when we got there so instead of being able to hop in and relax after a long day of traveling, we had to wait hours for the tub to heat up. That was very annoying. I also found a piece of glass in the hot tub with my foot, luckily it didn’t cut me, but I put it on the windowsill for evidence. So they say they drain the tub in between guests, but that’s obviously not true. The lighting around the hot tub was atrocious. A big motion detector spot light basically blinds you while your trying to relax, we had to cover it with a towel while we soaked and we uncovered it after we’d get out. It also looks like it’s a ring camera underneath the light but none of the house details say that we’d be recorded, so that was kinda sus. Some nice string lights like they have around the pool are would be better suited there. The inside of the house is nice. Looks like the pics. The shower in the king bed room doesn’t drain, so it was unusable. That was annoying as well. 4 adults sharing one shower was not what I signed up for, but it’s def not the end of the world. The neighbourhood is sketchy, but I didn’t feel unsafe. The wifi code in the book and on the wall was incorrect , I messaged the host about it and never got a reply, my daughter found another framed picture that had a different wifi code in it, and that one worked. There are also very few towel hooks to hang the towels to air dry after using, a couple on the back of each door would be handy. Everyone said their bed was comfy. I also thought the king bed was comfortable. Coffee bar with cream in the fridge and the welcome basket was a nice touch.

Im sorry you were disappointed. Instead of addressing every complaint all i will say here is YOU NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING DURING YOUR STAY. We have never had any similar complaints. You may be better suited to a hotel, clearly you dont understand home sharing. We try very hard to make everything perfect but if a drain wasnt working I would hope a guest would let us know. We work best with guests that communicate.

Worse experience ever (Don’t book)

This was the most unprofessional cheap watered down experience ever! It was issue after issue at this property. The property was very misleading vs what was described and mentioned! I truthfully wished we never booked here at all because she stated that the property was newer via text once I texted the owner regarding all the issues. 1) We experienced issues with the water heater and water at the property for starters. The water wasn’t cold for almost 2.5 days. She had us troubleshooting the issues with the water heater before even calling the maintenance person. This was something I was comfortable with doing, but I do feel like she did have us troubleshoot the issues vs having to pay for her maintenance man. The issue was fixed temporarily and the last day in a half it was not working again. 2) The TVs had PIN numbers on them so we couldn’t access none of the features on any of the TVs for at least 24 hours! We took a long road trip and the first thing we wanted to do was to sit down and watch TV and we couldn’t use anything until day number 2. 3) I asked for basic compensation and the owner stated that these “Kinks” were part of the discounted rate as to why it was cheaper to book, BUT these issues were never listed in any description at all! 3) The kitchen sink was leaking on the last day when we wanted to wash a few dishes. 4) The property was not close to anything popular. The popular beaches are almost 45 mins away from the property. The property isn’t located around any grocery stores or anything useful. We had to personally use DoorDash to make small store runs to the stores that we wanted to get things from. The home is in a sketchy community once you head to the highway. We stayed at a property in Orlando that was 100x better than this place here. The breaker box kept flickering off due to the lack of power surges in the home. This was another issue that we had to deal with. Overall I wouldn’t book here at all. The honesty would’ve been appreciated amongst arriving or even when it was listed. I truly wish I could’ve canceled and spent my money elsewhere for my trip to Tampa. This was a complete waist of time and energy. I couldn’t enjoy my stay with my girlfriend and she was pretty irritated. The neighbors also were nice, but you can tell that the host never talked or met the neighbors. The neighbors thought we were moving in and etc.

I am so offended by your review! You let me know about the water heater and all we did was try to remedy the situation asap. I called the plumber and he gave us a few tips since it was a holiday weekend. For you to say you were without hot water for 2.5 days is a complete LIE! All the problem was, was a tripped breaker. How this could possibly be an issue is beyond me "House Of S' You are a horrible guest who left weed and trash all over the house. Shame on you. Perhaps you should start by putting a real picture and name on your profile if you are so all about HONESTY!

Great house for gathering and hanging out

We had a great time staying at this property. It was very clean and inside was nicely redone. The house itself was a great place to hang out with the family since it had a hot tub and pool. Kids had a blast and so did the adults. Very close to Busch gardens . Great stay.

Complete Relaxation

This house was just as it described: Boho Retreat. It was spacious, clean, and beautifullly decorated. There was even a welcome basket on the counter for us. It was perfectly located to all the things that we did in and around the city. We even walked the neighborhood every morning and was able to see the lake that ran behind many of the homes. Along with the backyard oasis this place is definitely a must stay.
