3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home plus a full room over the garage. Home features a newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Outdoor living space has a beautiful new screened in porch, grill, and fire pit. The home accommodates 6 adults comfortably in bedrooms.

The FROG is private and has a queen sleeper sofa made up with mattress pad and sheets. Kids and/or adults can enjoy the play station 4. Two large bean bags help set the stage for a fun gaming experience. 🎮. The FROG and main house have central air.

Home is in a residential neighborhood that is perfect for families and extended stays! High chair and travel crib available.

Everything was great: the condition of the house, the beach pass and equipment (chairs, umbrella, towels, surf and boogie boards), the location, you name it. Easy access to downtown Charleston, short drive to the beach. The screened-in porch was a favorite. Highly recommended, would stay there again.

We had a great trip. The FROG room was comfortable and well supplied. Made it a perfect place for the kids to play and relax after a day out. Having the county pass included was an awesome perk! It made exploring the area so much easier and saved us some money. The beach towels and other beach accessories were helpful, really added to the overall experience. Everything was organized, the attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. We’d definitely come back!

Great communication! The property was just as described and pictured! Super clean! The outdoor space was so nice to have and there was even firewood for the fire pit! I honestly don’t think this property was lacking in ANYTHING!

We had a wonderful vacation at Calm Water Ct. Beautifully equipped home including beach supplies made for a great stay. Location was perfect for our Charleston wedding as well as fun activities in and around Shem Creek. Robin is an excellent host with quick response to all communications. This home was perfect!

We really enjoyed our "vacation home" in Charleston! The home is definitely a 5-star property. Very clean-inside & out! Loved the screened in porch and the backyard! Very thoughtful touches all around. All of the beach gear was great especially with a 2 year old! Location was great for groceries, restaurants, and heading either into Charleston or Sullivan's Island!

Great Stay at a Great Place

Right from the moment we entered the front door, we knew this would be a great place to stay! The owner of the property took special care of the property and the amenities were abound! A welcome bottle of wine and Chocolate Almonds were a very professional and personal touch. Thank you so much. The back porch was the best! We tried to book again for the next year, but it was already taken. If you are considering this property, get it while you can. Reasonably priced and great location to any of the islands and Shem Creek!

Celebration Getaway

I can't say enough about this residence - clean, comfortable and charming home with a great porch and backyard. It is a great location for shopping, restaurants, plantations, beaches and Charleston. Owner has bag chairs, paddle boards, wagon, yard games, boogie boards, bicycles available to use and a pass to Isle of Palms County Park Beach and pass also works for most Charleston County Parks. PS: Told owner we were celebrating a milestone birthday and 40 year anniversary and we were greeted with balloons, wine, chocolates and flowers! It was a memorable stay and we will recommend this home to others who are visiting Charleston!

Wonderful Stay

Our stay at this house was such a positive experience. The house itself, the location in Mount Pleasant, the neighborhood, and the host, Robin were all wonderful. We are now rating this stay as our number 1 experience of all of our rental stays. Robin is the best host. She provides quick response to anything. She is also super respectful of your privacy, and she is a nice and friendly woman. We stayed for 2.5 months and of course that still wasn’t long enough. If you are a walker, this neighborhood and adjoining neighborhoods are marvelous. Ponds, fountains, paved walking trails, sidewalks, are easily accessible. Very happy we made the decision to stay here, and would do it again in a heartbeat.

A Great Time! Perfect Location

Wow! This rental exceeded our expectations. Everything you see in the photos are better in real life. The house is clean and everything is provided for you towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The hospitality was “top notch” The location was perfect for Charleston and the beach. Much better than the IOP. You were 10 minutes from the IOP park and 3 minutes from the main grocery and tonnes of restaurants were just minutes from there. Anything we wanted to do just was a short trip. Downtown Charleston was easy and fast to get to. We never had to travel 17 during our stay between the connector and the Ravenel Bridge. The backyard was amazing and we did not have time to use it… We completely had an amazing time, Don’t let the fact that this is in a neighborhood deter you at all. It was great!
