Grill, 2 patios, mature trees, large pool deck and a long driveway make your stay quite comfortable. Safe, quiet and close to everything - literally 2 miles away from Boone Hall, MP Towne Center, dozens of restaurants, and awesome shopping. It's quiet, safe and the home is right across the street from a pond with lots of wildlife.
One bridge away you can visit historic Charleston, SC - named as a top US Vacation Destination by US News and World Report each year. Start your day on the beach or in the Battery, where you can catch an incredible sunrise. Then, check out the city's historical sites, homes and museums, the SC Aquarium, Shem Creek, Water Taxi, Civil War-era Fort Sumter, the Citadel and Patriots Point Naval Museum complete with a aircraft carrier to tour. Great places to hike, kayak, stand up paddleboard and explore with your pets in Charleston County Parks which are very close to the house. Everything a family needs and more

This was the best VRBO experience I've ever had. Amy was an amazing host! She proactively communicates and makes you feel welcome immediately. The house was stocked with pet friendly and family friendly items: pool toys, dog bowls and toys, games, and beach gear. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for family and dogs. We loved our stay and hope to come back in the future!

Pleasant Home in Mount Pleasant

Everything with the house was great. The house was well stocked for beach days, pool enjoyment, and kitchen items. The house was in a great neighborhood, close to beaches, restaurants and just a short but scenic drive to Charleston. The owner was great with communications. 5 star plus!

Highly recommend this home!

The house was spacious and had all the amenities we were looking for! Beautiful, clean pool. Plenty of space for all of us to hang out, have dinner, play games and have a great vacation! Location was within 15 to 20 minutes of many beaches, downtown Charleston, and all the fun things to do. I would definitely definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Amy!

FANTASTIC Property!!

We had an AMAZING time!! If we travel back to this area again we would want to stay here. We had 6 Adults and 2 Dogs in our Family Vacation. There was plenty of room inside and out to be together or apart. Such a wonderful set up and location to have family swim time and Barbecues and venturing out to see the sights. The neighborhood was quiet and well taken care of and was perfect for walking the dogs every day. This location is so close to EVERYTHING!! Charleston, Plantations, Beaches, Cypress Gardens, Shem's Creek, etc. Amy our host (homeowner) was Friendly and Helpful. She is quick to respond to any questions or issues and a wealth of knowledge for the area. If we could give Amy 100 Stars we would!! All 6 of us HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property for your next trip to the area!!!

Happy place

Perfect home. Pool was very nice each afternoon to cool off in. Kitchen had everything we needed. Table was large enough for everyone to sit at for dinner. Very safe neighborhood. Easy access to wherever we wanted to go. Only 20 min from airport. E would stay here again.

Wonderful rental

Lots of room, clean, and well stocked. Great location near the expressway, beach and Charleston. Loved cooling off in the pool. We did not have smaller kids, but there were games, books, etc. provided if you did. Excellent rating.

Enjoyed

We had enjoyed this for the most part. There was a physical key vs a keypad so that made it difficult for guests to come and go at different times. It did smell a bit like dogs inside the property. Good location and good communication from host.

We stayed in this house for a baseball tournament at the Shipyard. Good location. Great space for our family and the grandparents. Kids loved the pool.

Great Mt. Pleasant SC rental!

Great rental property. We drove from Pennsylvania for a family wedding and we enjoyed ourselves completely. The property is very comfortable and our pet enjoyed being able to wander the fenced backyard. Location is great for access to Charleston and other areas. Amy was a great and responsive host!

Kelley family trip 2023

Stayed over the Labor Day weekend, with my husband two adult daughters and their husbands. The house was perfect, very spacious, the kitchen was big, easy to cook in and get around. The outside area with the in ground pool was amazing, we had so much fun! Amy was very helpful and easy to contact. The house is in a great location.

Wonderful!

This is the second time my family has rented this beautiful property from Amy for our beach vacation. It was just as wonderful this year as last year. She is always extremely accommodating for our needs and we are always impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Wonderful location, so close to so many things in the area. Kids have a blast in the pool and yard which is such a wonderful bonus while on vacation.

Perfect stay for our big family!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! Upon arrival the house was so clean! The property was 15 minutes to everything we visited Isle of Palms, Patriots Point and Historic Charleston. There are many good restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes of the house which was so convenient so we could get take out some nights. We loved the pool it was wonderful and always the perfect temperature! What I loved the most was that there were games, beach toys/beach cart, and even shampoo/laundry detergent/band aids etc so we had whatever we needed to be comfortable. My kids loved the games and pool toys! Amy went above and beyond and gave me recommendations for things to do and places to eat with our 4 young kids. We made so many memories. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

Amazing experience and property

We all absolutely loved this house! It was like my dream home. Amy was awesome. I have never stayed in a vrbo property where so much was provided. She literally had almost everything you could need like beach stuff, towels, laundry soap, hand soap, dishwasher and dish soap, paper towels, spices and condiments, gas grill, dog bowls, pool toys & floats, etc. The back yard was so big and fenced in. The pool is awesome. The house is so roomy and tons of stuff for kids (books, toys, games). Definitely a great house for families. Nice big kitchen table for family dinners. The only thing I could say that could be added to make it even more perfect would be a fire pit in the back yard and a basketball hoop lol. Only because my son loves basketball and wanted to play somewhere. If we ever go back to Charleston we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property!

Best Family Vacay

We had a fabulous time at this place. The backyard was so spacious for the kids to play ball and go swimming. We were 15min to Folley beach which was fun because we could bring our dog. The area was immaculate. Plenty of towels for all of us! If we had a question, Amy responded quickly. The beds were comfortable and clean. Thank you for helping us make so many memories!

Perfect Location

We were in town for my Nephews wedding at Boone Hall (3 miles away) so location was perfect. It was so easy to get everywhere. We went to downtown Charleston a few times and the Isle of Palms Beach. We also had to pick up and drop off a few people from the airport and I was there and back in under an hour. The house is very well equipped. It had everything we needed. The pool is wonderful. It was so nice to relax in it after our busy days. Amy was very responsive and friendly. I hope I get a chance to stay here again.
