A 4 chambres / 2 salles de bain résidence élégante et confortable à Marfa, au Texas, disponible à la location de vacances. La maison d'origine est une maison de West Texas Adobe qui a été construit dans les années 1940 et a été entièrement rénové en 2004. La maison est d'environ 2200 pieds carrés avec une grande terrasse extérieure et cour clôturée, donc il ya beaucoup d'espace. Vous louez toute la maison ... Vous ne serez pas le partager avec des étrangers.

Very comfortable home.

The house was very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was amply provided, they have thought of every detail. Mornings on the patio were cool, peaceful and a relaxing place to plan our day. I would recommend researching and planning carefully when visiting Marfa as most of the restaurants and businesses have limited days and hours open and the internet/websites are not always accurate.

Clean updated house with comfortable beds

The house was near shopping and the Marfa Light viewing area. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was cleaning supplies to use and extra towels, shampoo and conditioner & body wash. Great water heater &water pressure! issues during our stay.

Charming home in Marfa

Everything was perfect: the kitchen is well equipped, with enough service for a group. The living area is comfortable for hanging out-but the patio was best for the cool evenings! The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Would definitely stay here again

Marfa Birthday Trip

The property was roomy, clean and well appointed. With walking distance to many shops and bars, it is the perfect location. We really enjoyed Marfa and are looking forward to staying here again!

Awesome House in Marfa

We've stayed here twice for the Marfa 100 bike ride. This year we had 4 couples staying. Plenty of room for all. Super clean house in a gread location. Plenty of outdoor seating on the patio with a nice, big gas grill. We grilled steaks and bake potatoes for our last night. We will always try to stay here when visiting Marfa.

Lovely Stay in Marfa

The house was a comfortable, easy place to hang our hat for four days. Well stocked, clean and everything needed was readily available. The fireplace was simply lovely to view Marfa's star filled skies. We grilled one evening and all worked so well. Highly recommend.

Marfa Comfort

Our family of six really enjoyed our time in this amazing little house in Marfa. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and shower items. We cooked one evening and had all the basics we needed and the grill was also nice. The house was exceptionally clean and we wouldn’t hesitate or stay again.

We loved it!

Great location, comfortable beds, plenty of nice towels, well stocked kitchen and comfortable living/dining area. The house was sparkling clean, we used the kitchen, coffee maker and did a load of laundry. We used two of the bedrooms (out of 4) and everyone slept great! We never had an opportunity to use the fire pit but it’s a nice addition. I think anyone would be very satisfied with this property, we will stay here again!

Birthday Celebration

This was a surprise get away for our mom, there were 4 adults total. This place can easily sleep 8 if sharing beds. Marfa was the perfect spot to stay to see all that we wanted. We visited Ft. Davis, Marfa, Alpine and Big Bend National Park. The location was great and the property was very nice. Everything was clean and inviting. This is such a great place to stay. If we are ever in the area again we will for sure want to stay at this same place!!

Marfa Fourth of July 2024

We stayed at Marfa 608 over the Fourth of July week-end. The accommodations were great. The house was very clean and we were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. About the only thing we were missing was tissues. Luckily we had a box with us. The property location made it easy for us to travel to nearby Fort Davis and Alpine. Robert was very quick to respond whenever we needed anything. There were only 4 of us so we have more than enough room. I would definitely recommend for a large group!!!

Perfect first time visit to Big Bend

After living in Texas for 27 years, we made our first visit to the Big Bend area with other long time friends. The Marfa Guest House was perfect for us! Clean, roomy, comfortable, supplied with all we needed. The beds were very comfy to sleep on after our long days of hiking. The bathrooms were clean with wonderful towels. Both couples had small dogs which enjoyed the home and backyard as well! Robert was very responsive to our questions about restaurants even before we arrived. We really appreciated his suggestions. Very easy check in and check out. We highly recommend The Marfa Guest House and Robert! We hope to return and we will be staying here again! Thank you Robert!

Rest and relaxation supreme

oh my goodness-- chic and comfortable, most definitely!! And I have already recommended it 3 times within a week of our return. This home is well appointed, has wi-fi, nice kitchen, a grill, fenced in yard, two bathrooms, washer & dryer, outside seating, and comfortable furniture. That's the physical amenities. Here's the experiential amenities: the stress-reducing ability of my husband to keep up with his office b/c of available wi-fi while spending time disconnecting in the afternoons, comfort of my two pups accompanying us and tossing the tennis ball outside, the joy of sleeping in or napping on comfortable furniture, grilling fabulous steak dinners with a glass of wine under a multitude of stars not seen in the city, the contentment of sitting outside on the patio enjoying the cool night as my beloved identified the constellations and pups rested (or slept) at our feet, walking around the quiet neighborhood and greeting local neighbors, the surprise of a turkey walking up the driveway (!), exploring the local courthouse and climbing to the very top, eating one of the biggest pizzas I've ever seen, strolling thru an art exhibit, running over to Marathon, and even looking for the mysterious lights of Marfa. :) Truly a wonderful relaxing break. Thank you for the ease of booking and sharing your lovely spot.

I bought this home in 2004. I've owned a few vacation rentals, and I travel a lot so I understand what is important when you are away from home! My home base is Houston, TX where I have lived for 20+ years. Prior to that I lived in Boston.

I fell in love with Marfa on my first visit. This home is just the perfect getaway and I've enjoyed owning it. I've also met some of the coolest people who've been guests at the home.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This home is in a really great location in a quiet neighborhood. It is convenient to the center of town and all of the attractions in Marfa. There is ample parking, plenty of space, and this is not just some 'mediocre' vacation rental. It is a home that has been designer furnished and is so amazingly comfortable for your stay. Everyone who visits loves this place.
