Oceanfront Resort and unit has an oceanfront balcony! 1 Bedroom sleeps 6 people. Various floors available in an Oceanfront unit with oceanfront balcony. If there is a first floor unit available, it will have a patio that walks out to the boardwalk. 2 Double Beds and pullout sofa in the living room. Full kitchen and balcony off of the living room. Linens included and shower and pool towels also included. Bring Beach towels. Washer and dryer on premises on every other floor of the resort. If you need more than one unit, please contact me! Resort will take an imprint of your credit card at checkin and put $200 hold in case of damages and release it when you checkout. 1 parking spot is included with the rental.

For any issues with your unit once you check-in, you will go directly to the front desk and let them know of anything wrong with the unit. The resort maintains the units for the owners, so they handle all of the upkeep and cleaning for the units. Any issues with check-in, I am local and am available to fix any problems! Washer and dryer in Resort on every other floor, no laundry service(you can do laundry as needed with the washers and dryers located in the resort). No daily housekeeping. Must be over 21 to checkin at this resort.
