You’ll enjoy this luxury home in the beautiful Windsor at Westside, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. As our guest, you’ll have unlimited access to a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with a tiki bar, fitness center, sundry shop and video arcade. The sparkling resort-style pool also features a waterslide and a lazy river!

Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.

Hit the mark.

Hard to find anything wrong with this one. It was as advertised. The only nuisance was the oven takes forever to get up to temp. It was very nice after a long day at Disney to come home to a good nights sleep.

Great house, great resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a group of 10 adults who traveled to Kissimmee to meet up for the long Memorial Day weekend. Our goal was to just spend time together again after the pandemic year, and relax at the resort pool and lazy river. The house was very clean, decorated nicely, and had a perfect layout for us. We had a great time!

I have used vrbo a few times for my orlando vacations and i have enjoyed all of them,This one not so much! I am not sure if its because it is a third party, but i will never use casiola ever again! But will continue to use vrbo

Fix the problem areas

We liked the house, it was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Neighborhood was pretty quiet in our section. The blinds in the living room need to be replaced—we couldn’t close them for privacy because half of the slats are missing. We had 8 adults and only 9 forks—how would a group of 12 eat? I think the carpet and couch need a deep, deep clean—or replacement. The pool was great, we paid for the heat—it kept the water at a comfortable temp.

Great family home close to Disney World

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and spacious. The boys loved the Star Wars room with the headboards that light up and the princess room was darling. Kitchen had everything it needed (except for a Keurig coffee maker - we checked beforehand and brought our own.) The second floor laundry was great! House was very clean, except in the princess room we found an opened bag of pork rinds and a pink bowl with pork rinds in it.Caught it before the kids got to it. Pool was nice but unfortunately it was still cold when we arrived at 5:00 pm. We were told it took 12-24 hours to heat, but if I'm paying for a heated pool I would expect it to be warm by check-in time. It wasn't warm enough for anyone until late the next afternoon. We called about and Geo adjusted the settings. The neighborhood pool is actually across the road so we drove there. Very nice and the kids especially loved it.We did have one BIG problem - after a long day at Magic Kingdom, our second day at the house, we arrived to find that the code for the front door didn't work. Called and they reset the code but we still couldn't get in. For this house the management office doesn't know the code to the garage door so we had to wait close to 2 hours outside of the house in the dark- 6 adults and 5 children under the age of 7, until someone came out and had the key for the door. This only happened that one day but I would recommend that the owner give the garage code to the office as a backup because I wouldn't want any other guests to go through what we did. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rent the house again.

Very Poor Communication

Planning ahead.. We called in advance to pay for pool heat. When we arrived 3 days later - no pool heat. They did turn the heat on. But never worked correctly. Then after we left the property, they charged us over $200 for extra cleaning fees. They (Casiola) provided photos of the "damage" Luckily! We also took photos of the same pre-existing "damage" upon our arrival. We have emailed them our time stamped photos of the pre-existing damage. They have yet to return our money! Casiola in our eyes are thieves.! TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING once you get to your vacation home. Or they will blame you for everything!

Where we stayed for our Sons/Brothers Wedding.

For the most part, everything was good. There are a few things that I’d like to address to make your next guests stay better. Blinds on glass door did not work. Light on microwave out. Lighting in kitchen not very good. Furniture and carpet are dirty! Needs cleaning badly. There are no ceiling fans. No metal utensils for the grill. I purchased some from the dollar store and left them for the next guest. Also we didn’t not learn until Sunday that the trash receptacle was the bench out front. We were looking for an actual trash can. Other than that everything else was good!! Thank you.

Our stay with Casiola

This house was just perfect for our stay in Kissimmee, Florida. It was spotless and very tastefully decorated exactly like the pictures. The pool area is great for relaxing and getting some sun. Casiola communication was top notch and prompt. My family and I was very pleased with our stay and would definitely be returning.
