Calm coastal décor greets you in this one bedroom one bathroom Oceanfront Condo located in Building 2 on the Top Floor.



This 900 sqft 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4 and features:



- 1 QUEEN bed

- Step-Out Balcony

- Living room with Queen SLEEPER SOFA;

- Dining area;

- TV with cable channels in living room and bedroom;

- In-unit washer/dryer;

- Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator;

- Free and Secure Wifi;

- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing.

- Beach access from the property (beach chairs are provided)

The Neighborhood:

Ocean Pointe Suites, nestled on 60 exclusive acres in South Key Largo, is gated and manned 24/7. This ocean side condo is only 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Sanctuary. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available its not surprising that the cuisine of the keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

Pest Control is one of my top priorities. Nothing will ruin a family vacation faster than having to share your unit with these unwelcome guests. That is why all my units are treated and inspected on a regular basis by a Professional Extermination Company.



Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs.

If security is called to condo more than once during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent.



Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity. You must contact the dock master to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

I am available by phone or email anytime. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns. I love my home and want my guest to enjoy the Florida Keys as much as I do. I will graciously give recommendations for fishing charters, restaurants, things to do etc.
