The foyer leads you into a large open concept of living, kitchen, and dining areas with super high ceilings. The living area offers a comfortable sectional, TV, fireplace and sliding doors to the pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped, has granite counters and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Adjacent the dining table that seats 6. Open the sliding doors to fully capture the incredible water views. Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Everything is spacious and airy, its easy to imagine family and friend cook outs, cozy hours in front of the woodburning fireplace. And wonderful sun filled days at the pool.

The master suite 1 is located to the left of the house on the first floor and offers a king-size bed, TV, water vistas, closet and master bath with walk-in shower, sinks, make-up vanity and toilet, with access to the deck it offers a double function as pool bath.

Towards the front bedroom 3 with queen bed, TV, dresser and closet and bedroom 4 furnished with 2 twin beds and dresser, both share bathroom 3 with sink, shower and toilet.
The Master Suite 2 on the 2nd floor can be accessed with the spiral staircase. The spacious Master 2 Bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, TV and a large Master Bath with double sinks, toilet, and shower. Furthermore, AQUA VISTA offers a laundry with sink, washer and dryer, a 2-car garage and tile floors throughout the home.

AQUA VISTA’ s wide patio area features a lounge sectional and a dining table that seats 8. Savor outdoor dining and prepare meals on the barbeque grill. The sun deck offers plenty of space for the sun loungers and direct views to the water to discover manatees or dolphins that swim by. The whole pool area is screened in.
