Bushy-Tail Pines is just 55 minutes away from Sunrise Ski Resort and many lakes and hiking nearby. Offering a perfect year a round vacation spot.

Home has fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 wood fireplace and 1 electric fireplace, 1 master suite with a king-sized bed with attached bath, 1 guest with king sized bed and one bedroom with 2 twin beds that share a guest bathroom. Propane grill on back patio and a fire table. Home beautifully decorated and all linens and towels are provided. This property has wildlife and walking paths. A peaceful place to relax or play. Very comfortable with internet, firestick, movies, and games to choose from.

Lot backs to 2 additional acres for the ultimate in peace and privacy yet is less than 5 minutes to every modern convenience. Light & bright open concept with split floor plan. Loved the area and the place that we stayed in was fantastic. Really nice large bedrooms. Everything in the kitchen was there if you needed it and very relaxing on the back porch amongst all the pine trees definitely would recommend to anyone and would like to probably rebook again when I go back up there within a year

Cozy hide away

One of the best VRBO stays we have done. Perfect location - tucked away. Able to walk our dog without heavy street traffic. Large dinner table that doubled up as a game night table. Lots of parking. Owner was very nice and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful slice of heaven!

Great attention to detail

We stayed two nights. We did a little cooking in the kitchen and it was equipped with everything we needed. Lots of attention to detail in the furnishings , supplies, and decor. We were there in October. She had a decorated for fall. So cute! We loved the holiday garlands and lights.

The house was super cute and everything was just how it was described. There were some dirty dishes left in the master room. I tried messaging the contact however received a generic reply back and the day after check in I got “check in instructions” again I think it was an automatic message. Overall, the stay was really good. The email to check in days prior was helpful, house was super cute and had mostly everything we needed,. I would book again!

Cozy, Clean and Comfortable

My MIL, SIL and I were in Show Low for our niece's baby shower. The house is clean, cozy and comfortable and there is plenty of space. The decor is cute and the beds were comfortable. We relaxed in the living room and we took advantage of the charming outdoor space. The location was extremely convenient for us. We didn't have trouble with anything, so we didn't contact the host. The instructions to enter were clear. We enjoyed our stay and will try to book the property for our next visit to Show Low. Thanks to our host for making us feel welcome and at home!

An absolute gem

We have stayed at many VRBO properties. But not one comes close to providing and offering everything that you could think of like this did. Coffee, popcorn, shampoo, treats, games, movies, Roku with apps ready to go to easily get to your Netflix account, a Nintendo simulator in the kids room… the list goes on. Inside is also completely new, modern yet country, warm and welcoming with so many perfect details in every room. There were even fall decorations scattered through the property and outdoor accent lights that brought the place another level of charm. Add in the soft beds, the quiet of this location and the many sitting options to take in the outdoors and I can truly say it was a perfect stay. Rent in confidence and enjoy this gem like we did!

Best Stay

We have stayed at many properties with my son in BMX. This property was the nicest and illustrated precisely what it looks like and what it has to offer on the website. It was quiet and sat back enough for privacy, yet it was a few minutes to a major road in Show Low. I don't like the cameras on the inside, especially with kids, but I understand why they have them on the outside of the exterior doors. We covered the rear one when we decided to BBQ and the one in the living room, as it felt like an invasion of privacy. Again, in this world, you never know. With that being the only complaint, which is not a complaint, just my two cents, this place feels like a home away from home.

Not horrible, but things you need to know

The property owner is absolutely wonderful. She communicates professionally and quickly and addressed all our needs. I wish I had known some things before booking, so I want to put an honest review. The property is in an amazing location. The tress surrounding are beautiful and it feels secluded, yet close to everything. It is getting older. The deck is dirty and the paint peeling. The grill is dirty too.The kitchen drawers are not opening/closing well and everything feels a little sticky. The pots and pans have been mistreated and they are scratched up and losing their teflon coating, I wasn’t comfortable using them but I am pretty picky. The whisks were rusty and there were only 4 forks in the whole house. There was a large amount of open, expired food in the pantry that makes it feel unclean. If you don’t plan to use the kitchen, this is a great place to stay. I was needing to cook for 9 people (grandparents live in town) for 7 days, so this was not easy with the condition of the kitchen. The beds are comfortable and we loved having 2 kings and 2 twins. Great layout. The sheets though are pilling and stained. They should be replaced. The AC had issues that were addressed quickly. I don’t think this is reason to not stay here, but you will want to know these things and decide if it suits your needs and is worth what you will pay. We stayed here a few years ago and it was good. Unfortunately, it appears other renters have abused the home and it hasn’t been addressed yet.

Great location

We spent Thanksgiving at this property, and it was very nice. It was great that multiple rooms had king beds for the adults, and the kids' double twins were perfect. The location was perfect for a quiet and relaxing time. The house can be difficult to find in the dark and could use some bigger house numbers to see in the dark. It is on a dirt road and does have a "ditch" to drive over to enter, but our small crossover had no issues, and if you go slow, no other car should either. The outside patio/backyard area was great. At night, we had javelina. During the day, we fed the birds, and chipmunks. There were some beautiful blue jays, woodpeckers, and much more. The only negative was the check-in process. We did not receive any information on check-in besides the address. We tried contacting the owner several times unsuccessfully. We arrived and hoped to find more instructions but did not. We ended up having to call VRBO to contact the owner. We learned there had been a family emergency, and we were provided the needed info to get into the house. Obviously, you cant prevent/foresee emergencies. We would definitely give this location a 2nd visit if in the area again.
