Bradley, thank you. We take the dog-friendly part seriously, because leaving a family member at home changes the whole trip. Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome here, and between the yard, the private dock with deep water access, and the swim spa that stays heated year round, there is plenty for everyone in the group on four legs and two. Thank you for taking good care of the house. There is a spot at Lake Forest Shores whenever you are back in Georgia.

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay. We had multiple family members share the home and everyone was impressed with the house and all amenities. We took the pontoon boat out several times which was a real blessing. The home is amazing and exceeded our expectations. We had to reach out to Veronica for a few things and the entire team responded quickly and efficiently. The kitchen was well supplied for our cooking needs. We were delighted to find the water toys downstairs and we also took advantage of the workout space. We heartily recommend staying here if you want to enjoy the lake life. The home is in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and the sun rises directly behind it, overlooking the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the boats and birds as we visited with family members.Great home, great hospitality and great memories!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful lake house.All was just as described and photographed. The rooms were spacious and allowed for our group of 12 to have lots of together time while the five bedrooms and separate bathrooms provided privacy when preferred. We stayed at Lake Forest Shores for 3 nights in May! Veronica was so wonderful to work with on getting everything ready for our visit. The home is absolutely beautiful! There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each floor, with a 5th bedroom and bathroom detached from the main house. This was the perfect amount of space for our family! The house has a great view of the lake and is positioned so that you don't have fast boat traffic coming right in front of the house! The kitchen was so big and spacious!! And the views from the kitchen were incredible too!! The island had 6 bar stools around it which was nice!! Lots of room for everyone!! We rented the pontoon boat as well. Thomas was very helpful with the boat orientation! A group of previous renters had an accident in the boat and had ripped off the fold up top for the pontoon so there was no shade on the boat, but other than that, the pontoon was great and accommodated our large family! We enjoyed our stay at Lake Forest Shores and would stay again! We do hope to visit Lake Oconee again soon!! :-)

The kitchen and that big island are where everyone seems to gather, and we chose this stretch of shoreline specifically for the calm water and the long views. It was damaged by a previous group, and we are genuinely sorry that meant less relief from the sun for the older members of your family on two bright days. We appreciate you raising it honestly. Beautiful Lake Oconee Home

The house was amazing with a great location on the lake. It had enough room for the whole family and pet friendly. The boat rental was perfect right on the dock for easy access. It allowed us to explore the great Lake Oconee and have fun with the family. We will definitely be renting the home again.

I came with 5 brothers for a reunion, so 6 of us total. The location was excellent, only 10 minutes to the village for groceries, etc. We rented the Pontoon boat with the house, which was worth every penny. We caught more than 25 fish over the 5 days, many from the dock, and some quite big. I didn’t realize until we got there that one of the bedrooms was attached to the garage which is separate from the house. The garage also has the putting green, etc. It wasn’t a big deal, though. Host was very responsive, kitchen was big and perfect for us, because we mostly ate in. The home also had 2 kayaks and two paddle boards, and more than a few fishing rods kicking around. All around good time, highly recommended.

We had 5 adults and 5 kids under 10 years old. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots of privacy if you wanted it. We really enjoyed our stay. Great communication from the owners.

The owner, Veronica, couldn't have been more attentive to our needs. We were at the property for a girls' Mahjong trip and I didn't see a table that would work for this when I was initially reviewing the photos. I sent a message to Veronica and received an immediate reply that they would provide the table and chairs we needed at no additional charge. When we arrived, she had even purchased a great Mahjong table pad for the table and left some cute cards with Mahjong rules. I think details are so important and Veronica understands this. The house is terrific with a superbly outfitted kitchen. Leading up to our visit, we had questions periodically and Veronica responded to every message within minutes - you don't have to wait long to hear from her. It's a great house with four bedrooms in the main house and 2 kitchens plus a separate detached guest suite - perfect for several generations or several couples to have their own space. It obviously worked great for our Mahjong girls' trip - Our group highly recommends it!

Guys Trip

The stay was wonderful. The host was prompt, helpful, and the house was able to sleep 12 grown men comfortably. The house is in close proximity to many good golf courses. There was plenty of outdoor space as well.

Wonderful!

Everything about this Property was wonderful! Such a lovely place to spend time with friends. It was clean and comfortable, communication was easy and flawless, check-in and out was a breeze. Will definitely rent again!

Such a great family vacation!

What a beautiful home! We had a family of 8 adults & an infant: everyone had the perfect amount of space, yet could easily gather in all the common spaces together too. The hosts and house manager were very responsive anytime we had questions as well. Would definitely book again!

Masters Trip

The property was amazing! It was a short drive to Augusta. We took the boat to the Ritz and had a great time! It is an ideal location near the town area for groceries and restaurants. Every detail of the property was perfect! Loves our time and would stay again!

Better than imagined

We had such a wonderful week. The house was immaculate and beautiful and in a great location. Veronica replied immediately to any questions we had and did everything to make our stay great. We were sad to leave and would definitely rent this house again. It was everyhting as advertised and more.. all we needed..My wife and I… my mother in law.. and my two sons ages 19 and 23. Plenty of stuff to do for everyone..
